Val Venis Biography

Six-foot three-inch, 235 pound Sean Morley is another grappler who received rave reviews during the training camp. While growing up in Canada he excelled in the sport of Motorcross action. The Missing Link got Morley involved in the sport, and he has since competed in Japan, Europe and Puerto Rico. At the camp he stunned observers by executing his trademark top rope splash finisher on Ahmed Johnson. Val Venis made his wrestling debut at the May 18 episode of RAW is WAR. He went against Scorpio, and he obviously won the match on his debut. Val finished him off with the Money Shot. Upon entering the World Wrestling Federation, Val Venis was already doing promos in magazines for WWF Shotgun. "Cocked Locked, and ready to Load". On RAW is WAR, Val Venis discovered Yamaguchi-san's wife in the audience. After Val Venis defeated Dick Togo, Val Venis attempted to put the moves on Mrs. Yamaguchi-san, which lead to a confrontation with the enraged manager. After laying out Kaientai with a steel chair, Val Venis appeared on RAW is WAR the next week to debut his new film costarring Yamacuhi-san's wife!
This caused Kaientai to go nuts. Val Venis had to fight all of Kaientai one week on RAW is War, and he defeated 3 of them, then Taka pulled off an upset on Val Venis. After that they drug him to the back in the locker room and said they were going to choppy choppy his pee pee. Kaientai brought Val Venis into the locker room and hung him upside down and seemingly chopped his pee pee off. The next week, Val Venis came out on RAW is WAR with John Wayne Bobbit. Val said that the "Big Valbowski" was still cocked, locked and ready to explode, he also told Yamaguchi-san's wife to hit the road. "It was a great ride while it lasted," he told her, "But this is where it ends!" Val Venis went into the July 1998 In Your House called Fully Loaded against Jeff Jarrett. Val Venis, the new comer, no pun intended, pulled off an upset against the veteran. Val Venis defeated Double J with a small package. Val Venis got a shot at the World Wrestling Federation European Championship at Summer Slam 1998. He went against D'Lo Brown, but was disqualified as he knocked the ref down.
After the match, Val Venis gave the Money Shot to the ref. Val Venis got involved in a feud with Dustin Runnels. Dustin was being a preacher, and Dustin would be in the audience holding up a sign saying "He is Coming Back", and one week, Dustin was wrestling, and Val was in the audience with a sign that said, "I Have Come". Val debuted a new film called the Preachers Wife, starring Dustin's wife Terri Runnels. This broke Dustin's heart. Dustin and Val Venis went one on one at WWF Breakdown in September 1998. Val Venis defeated Dustin using the Money Shot. One week on RAW when Val Venis and Terri Runnels were in the ring snuggling up to each other, Goldust's music came on, and whoever was coming back has came back, no sick thoughts, please. Goldust came back and he was ready to kick some ass. Goldust and Val Venis went one on one at Judgment Day, and Goldust won after he kicked Val right in the Big Valbowski and got the pin. Val Venis eventually allied himself with the Godfather and formed a Tag Team.
Pimpin' Ain't Easy. They haven't formed a perma tag team, but they do team up once in a while, and they do watch each other's backs. Val Venis and the Godfather teamed up against Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown at Rock Bottom, but they were not able to come out on the winning end. Ew. Val Venis was part the 1999 Royal Rumble, but as you can see, he didn't win it. Val Venis went on to RAW is WAR the next night to debut a new film entitled "Saving Ryan's Privates", "Sister Act". He was in the shower with Ken Shamrock's sister, that is not going to make Ken Shamrock too happy, but if Val Venis can get Ken Shamrock angered and distracted, he can go for the Intercontinental Championship. Val Venis went to St. Valentines Day Massacre to get a title shot at the Intercontinental Champion, Ken Shamrock. Shamrock was obviously still pissed that his sister, Ryan was dating a former "porn star", so Ken was trying to help his sister for her own good. The night before the event, Ken Shamrock snapped on all of the WWF officials giving them a belly to belly suplex and the head referee, Earl Hebner said that none of his officials would officiate the match at the PPV event and said that someone else would have to do it.
That someone else was Billy Gunn. Val Venis defeated Ken Shamrock as Billy Gunn gave a fast count because Shamrock and Gunn got in a little shoving contest on the outside of the ring. Once Shamrock got in the ring, Val rolled up Shamrock in a small package and became the Intercontinental Champion. The next night on RAW, Val Venis successfully defended his belt against Billy Gunn and then he dumped Ryan Shamrock! He told her to hit the road, just like he does to every girl he "dates". Val Venis went to Wrestlemania to get a shot at the World Wrestling Federation Intercontinental Championship, but he wasn't in the match alone. Well, obviously, but it was no regular one on one match. The match was a Four Corners elimination match, and it was Val Venis vs. Ken Shamrock vs. Goldust vs. The Champion, the Road Dog. Val Venis and Ken Shamrock got themselves counted out during that match and The Road Dog went on to retain his Intercontinental Championship by beating Goldust. Val Venis wasn't a part of Backlash, but he did wrestle on Heat prior to the pay per view event.
