Sienna is the daughter of Isaac Guillory, an Anglo-Cuban folk guitarist. Rather improbably, she went to an old-fashioned English boarding school mainly for boys (Gresham's School, Holt, Norfolk) where she acted in several school and house plays. At the age of seventeen Sienna was talent-spotted for the role of Fenella in Riders (1993). She later studied at the New World School of the Dramatic Arts and at the Paris Conservatoire, and in the second half of the 1990s worked for Select Models - though, unusually, her acting career had begun first. As a model, Sienna worked on campaigns for Burberry, Armani, Dolce & Gabana, Paul Smith and Hugo Boss. Esquire magazine named her 'Britain's Most Eligible Woman'.
Previously with Nick Moran, from 1996 to 2000, Sienna is now married to the actor and director Enzo Cilenti, and they live in London.
