Stuart Townsend

Biography: Stuart was born in Dublin, Ireland. His father Peter Townsend is a famous golf player. When Stuart was young, he loved to watch movies and rented out nearly every movie in his small local video store. As a teenager he attended the ''Gaiety School of Acting'' in Dublin. During his acting there he also participated in a number of student films. He took to boxing and supported himself by playing the sport until his feature debut in the movie ‘’Trojan Eddie’’ (1996). After gaining recognition, and after being spotted by a London agent, he appeared in many stage and film productions through the UK and Ireland. His first real initiation into fame, and where his acting began to become noticed, was when he starred in the cult movie ''Queen Of The Damned'', the sequel of ''Interview with a Vampire’’, which starred Brad Pit and Tom Cruise. His other credits include various guest parts and a starring role in US TV shows, including ''Will & Grace'', ''Robot Chicken'', and his short lived thort lived thriller series "Night Stalker" He is also the fiancée to the very sexy Charlize Theron too, and is expected to have a new movie called ''Chaos Theory'' out sometime next year.
