Critic Reviews

80 AceGamez
A perfect example of turning something underrated into a great game. Its also embarrasses "Pokemon Colosseum" and its fuddy-duddy turn based approach, flaunting a more hands on approach.
80 WHAM! Gaming
Unfortunately, the music and sound effects are just plain irritating and obnoxious, with tunes that might appeal to 7-year olds.
70 IGN
It has a charm all its own -- a kind of clumsy quirkiness wrought with effort and clouded in branding.
70 eToychest
All of these varied creatures, along with unlockable Digimon and the multiplayer brawls make this game a solid title whether you are a fan or not.
64 Nintendo Power
The environments are detailed and very active - so much so that they are sometimes a distraction. [Nov 2004, p.130]
