ChuChu Rocket! (GameBoy Advance)

ChuChu Rocket! has tons of new puzzles, new gameplay features, and you can still play against three of your friends. You've got to keep those big hungry cats (KapuKapus) away from the mice (ChuChus). You direct the frantic little ChuChus with arrows, but the KapuKapus aren't far behind. You may rack up points saving ChuChus only to lose big if a KapuKapu gets into your rocket. If you manage to keep the felines at bay, your rocket will take to the skies as the winner! [Sega]

Critic Reviews

100 Yahoo! Games
Possibly one of the best puzzlers ever to grace consoles.
95 Nintendophiles
This is not a game you need in your library - this is a game everyone *must* have.
92 Games Radar UK (Pre-2006)
Simply fantastic.
91 Gaming Age
Awesome. The Sonic Team title has it all – 4 player linkable battle, create-a-stage, create-a-character, and some of the best darn puzzles that ever made it to a portable.
90 Total Video Games
Simply put Chu Chu is sheer simplicity yet devilishly tough gaming perfection.
85 IGN
The biggest hurdle for players to get over is simply the gameplay itself. Chu Chu Rocket isn't very forgiving, as players are basically dropped in the middle of the game and left to fend for themselves
85 GamerWeb Nintendo
When it comes down to it, Chu Chu delivers on almost all fronts.
85 GameCritics
So ingenious, yet simple in its execution that it would have succeeded on almost any platform. In spite of a few flaws, it is damn near a match made in heaven.
83 GameSpy
Creative, weird, wild, and endlessly replayable.
83 TotalGames.net
Unfortunately, the game is let down slightly by a rather annoying control problem – by only having one button to lay down arrows, you need to keep pressing it repeatedly to switch direction.
80 Media and Games Online Network
It's fun, fast, and furious pace will have you seeing cats and mice in your sleep.
80 Nintendojo
One of the most unique puzzle designs to come along in a while. Whether you like your thinking games slow and strategic or fast and chaotic, you'll find something to enjoy with this one.
80 GMR Magazine
Highly addictive and highly cute. [Feb 2003, p.97]
80 GamePro
The GBA handles the humble graphics and Disney-sweet music without breaking a sweat, and the control—while less elegant than the Dreamcast’s—will feel comfortable to "Tetris" vets.
74 GameSpot
It'll take you a little while to get used to the controls, but once you do, you'll find that ChuChu Rocket offers a lot of value and a lot of fun for moments or hours at a time.
