It's possibly one of the best iOS puzzle games in recent memory, and it's available at a price that's downright foolish to pass up.

With a deep and involving story that goes on for a fair while (depending on the player's ability to solve puzzles or their susceptibility to searching for a walkthrough), 1112 Episode 3 is a great purchase.

Fans of the genre will absolutely love Tiny Defense, it falls second only to PvZ.

When it comes to sci-fi/western mash-up arcade games, I can't think of a better example than Pixel Ranger. It's just simply… endearing.

I had my initial doubts about the gameplay mechanics of a falling character as side scrollers are always a sure bet. Then I took High Flyer Death Defyer's for a spin and was surprised at the level of entertainment it provided.

I'm honestly shocked that PikPok isn't charging money for Slam Dunk King. There's more than enough content and fun here for a non-freemium game. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. It just seems weird.

I don't consider Dark Meadow a "copy" so much as a new entry in a young genre. A genre that it fits very, very well. Fans of gesture hack-n-slashers, gothic thrillers or both are in for a real treat.

It's more involved than a typical corridor flyer, looks great, plays well and is absolutely loaded with challenge. The price might look a bit scary, but I think fans of this kind of game will get their money's worth here.

The combination of persistent progression, user generated tracks, and bright neon graphics takes this simple racing game to a whole new level.

It's what I've always wanted on iOS. There just needs to be more here! This is a wonderful start.

Everybody can enjoy it, while strategy fans can still get their fix.

Having played it on both iPhone and iPad, the game never falters to draw me in and understandably so. Can I go back to playing it now? Good.

Galaxy on Fire 2: HD really takes full advantage of the A5 chip and the retina display of the iPhone 4S. The graphics are clean and crisp which make for some excellent dog fights with pirates and aliens.

Just the fact that this is a Bungie game should alone be enough to garner the interest of any gamer. Combine that with the freemium pricing model that gives you the first chapter of the game for free, and this is a surefire shot of success.

Just an absolute joy. With mechanics that are nearly perfect, and a style that is difficult to out-do, this is a game that must be checked out by anyone who likes endless runner games, or anyone who just likes to feel happy while they play. This game is just fun.

Worms Crazy Golf is an all-in-one entertainment pack that includes exciting gameplay, exploding worms and some very difficult obstacles to overcome on the way to a hole in one. This game is fun for golfers and non-golfers who don't mind adding a few strokes onto their game to explore the course and unlock a few surprises.

Aside from being just plain fun, there's also plenty of reason to revisit Bring Me Sandwiches!! once it's in the bag.

An exciting and addictive bike game. Clever gameplay, fluid graphics and challenging levels make Bike Baron an instant classic.

Modern Combat 3 looks great, no question, but it's the smaller details like animations and the occasional slow-motion kill shot that really draw the eye.

The only thing missing is any sort of social gaming network integration. This is a game that screams for achievements and leaderboards, and I hope to see some in an update soon.

Monster Burner is a fantastic mix of different game types ensuring that it will appeal to almost everyone. There's even a special mode, alongside the numerous other levels, aimed at children. It's a true must have for all iPad gamers.

A fantastic, atmospheric game with absolutely gorgeous visuals and tremendous replay value. You'd have to be insane to pass this up, although you may end up that way, regardless.

Blosics is yet another of those great "just one more level" games; the kind that incite the sort of conditioning that leaves us hopelessly tapping at the screen like lab rats pushing buttons for a food reward.

I am amazed at the amount of detail that has gone into developing this game.

Suffice it to say, Junk Jack is a hands-down, no questions asked must-own for any and all iOS users who love sandbox crafting games.

The involved narrative of Ravenmark is the icing on this multilayered strategy cake. The campaign story of political intrigue involving several different nations and subtle plays for power is the extra little push that will keep players hopelessly engaged with this game.
