Jedi battles come to Wii in an interesting but limited videogame because the wiimote still hasn't been able to emulate the light saber's performance. This new disturbance in the Force has created a passable but fleeting and incomplete title. If you would like to become a Jedi, be careful, because this game couldn't be enough to complete your Padawan's training. -

We don’t know if the concepts of Stormrise will be followed in the future of the RTS genre in consoles, but now it is a game pumped with great ideas though these are not well executed. Strategy hardcores can find in it an interesting entertainment, but as precursory of a new IP this first effort is disappointing. -

Gas Powered Games' latest release disappoints in its attempt to transfer the Siege Dungeon style to space. This is a video game that does not stand out for good or for bad in any particular aspect. The only elements that save it from mediocrity are the length and some good conceptual decisions. Unfortunately, Space Siege doesn´t have any depth to it, neither does it work as a role game or as an action game; turning quickly into a Hack and Slash shooter, repetitive and outlandish. -

The End is Nigh is a good beginning for the Watchmen franchise in videogames, although in the future we should ask them for more. It is surprising how the latest game from LucasArts turns so quickly into something generic in spite of the fascinating proposal that it had as starting point. Repetitive, lacking in charismatic elements and surprisingly superficial, Fracture is a lost opportunity to give an innovative twist to the genre. -

Velvet Assassin is not a bad game, but what it is not for sure a great one. There were some good ideas in its concept, especially in its general atmosphere and charismatic heroine, but all of them fail because of many wrong features and decisions. -

Baja is as ambitious and attractive in its proposal, as clumsy and little inspired in its execution. The longest races, main feature of the title, eventually become boring; the adversaries AI is so over the top that it becomes frustrating; and unfortunately the graphical section for the Xbox 360 version is poor. -

NBA Live 09 All-Play for Wii is still far off the last games that used the All-Play philosophy. It doesn't have important new features and didn't solve the problems of the previous version with some annoying controls and animations. Wii doesn´t have many choices in basketball games so NBA Live 09 will be interesting only for basketball fans. -

Sherlock Holmes: Mystery of the Mummy is an adventure port from the PC version, but the adaptation is not good because of the control scheme. Planet 51 is an action-racing game for the teenagers and for the fans of the film. We can take control over three characters like Chuck, Lem and the funny Rover. We don’t know if the concepts of Stormrise will be followed for the future of the RTS genre in consoles, but now it is a game pumped with great ideas though these are not well executed. Strategy hardcores can find in it interesting entertainment, but as precursory of a new IP this first effort is pretty disappointing, especially in this PC edition. -
