Not only Splatoon is fun, colorful and addictive, but is one of the best games available for Wii U and a good reason to buy Nintendo's console.

House of Wolves fixes The Dark Below's mistakes. The new ascension system works well and now the Glass Vault is again useful for every Guardian. The Prison of Elders and The Trials of Osiris are bringing into the game random gameplay and guaranteed prizes, the exact opposite of the raid. But how long will this new content last?

Despite some bad technical issues, Toren is an emotional videogame/experience that is worth at least one run.

Albedo takes the inheritance of the old sci-fi canons and mixes them with a simple but cunning adventure structure. Unfortunately the game suffers from a lot of little and major flaws that don’t help it to stand out.

Invisible Inc. is a turn based procedurally generated stealth game, with an adult cartoon graphic and a nice but barely hinted story. Fortunately, it is a successful experiment.

An interesting setting, good puzzles and peculiar art style make Dead Synchronicity a worthwhile adventure both for veterans and newbies of the genre.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an awesome dark fantasy game, with perfect storytelling, a beautifully crafted world and powerful characters. Due to the open world structure and its huge dimension, this game has some technical issues, yet the final experience is still one of the best around for RPG lovers.

There Came an Echo is a simplified tactical game with the best voice recognition software ever included in a videogame. Unfortunately the simplification seems too heavy and the voice gimmick is both not perfect and not that entertaining on his own.

Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters is an interesting experiment. The episodic structure is really nice, and the artworks are simply awesome. The lack of a good story, the abuse of anime stereotypes, and an odd combat system are the most important issues of this game. Still, this is a good way to start playing visual novels, for novices.

Project CARS driving model cannot match Assetto Corsa’s one, but contents, graphics and AI are making for a solid all-rounder racing game.

Space Colony: Steam Edition is a good remaster of a classical sci-fi base builder game, with a special irreverent sense of humour.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is an awesome looking game, with few major issues. The control system is great for an handheld console, but playing at home a gamer is supposed to be interested in watching the TV panel, instead of the tiny GamePad screen. The linear level design and the lack of variety, ruin this colorful experience.

Ultimate General: Gettysburg is a prêt-à-porter RTS, very easy to pick up but difficult to master and quite varied despite the apparent monotony of the single setting available. The tablet derivative movement system is a major flaw, but for 12 euros on Steam, you can live with it and smell musket powder for months.

Fun and addictive, Puzzle Dragons Z + Super Mario Bros. Edition moves the saga successfully on 3DS. The unique blend of puzzle game and RPG will fascinate lovers of both genres. The exorbitant amount of collectible will keep them busy for a long time.

Broken Age Act 2 is like a rollercoaster: exhilarating during its best moments, but it doesn’t last enough and stops abruptly. Enjoyable, but not the classic we were hoping for.

Not a perfect game, but has enough good ideas to be entertaining for people who love turn-based strategy. The option for speeding-up AI turns is the perfect addiction for this European version of the game.

Running with Rifles is some sort of battlefield chaos generator: often ferociously funny but sometimes also excruciatingly frustrating. An uncut diamond that, albeit in need of some polishing, is a very interesting new take on war/action gameplay.

Take Legos to the a brand new universe, add a proper editor for our spaceships and try to imagine a procedural generated map to explore. This is Reassembly, a sort of “Minecraft meets Geometry Wars” that doesn’t lack of potential but, at the same time, is not suited to everyone's taste.
