We didn't expect much from this game and it turned out to be excellent. Eidos has successfully given new breath to a classic franchise.

Finishing each level is as exhausting as rewarding, making Hotline Miami an extremely intense experience.

It would be a mistake to treat Horizon as just a spin-off of Forza because it's an excellent game with its own personality and great ideas.

Another year, another time it's worth your money. FM2011 really makes you believe you're the coach of a football team.

Amanita has put a lot of effort in all details, creating an adventure like no other we've seen in the latest years.

It's the musical game of the moment, but the formula starts to look dated and needs some fresh ideas for the next entry of the franchise.

The characters are not just puppets and have their own different personalities, which provides Chaos Rising a dramatic tension never seen before in the RTS genre.

Solid gameplay, inspired design and great graphics. Mario Kart 7 is not a revolution, but it's exactly the racing game that 3DS needs.

Red Faction: Guerrilla is one of those games that you will enjoy more being with friends around, as you'll want to show the latest crazy thing you've planned to do on it.

DMC is intense, but a bit slow for the seasoned player. The most important thing is the combat, though... and it's actually pretty good.

It doesn't stand out on any aspect, as we were hoping it would, but it also doesn't do anything wrong. inFamous, on a really ironic way, lacks some kind of spark.

It probably won't be as succesful as WoW, but SWTOR seems to be on the right path and BioWare can make something huge if they fix some bugs and add a few things. Its main appeal, though, is that this MMO seems like a giant Star Wars themepark for fans.

Crysis 2 is not only a technical marvel, it's also a breath of fresh air and a great shooter that tries something different, instead of using again the Call of Duty formula. It's just a shame that some frame-rate issues, bugs and erratic AI prevent it from being excellent.

A very nice cross between the gameplay styles of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Street Fighter IV.

Until the arrival of GT5 this is the best racing game of the year. Very recommended for fans of this glamorous sport.

The remastering process made by Ready at Dawn is impeccable. We recommend this second Collection especially to Kratos' fans, but it has enough quality to appeal other players.

The best tennis game ever created. Top Spin 4 is great for experts and newcomers, being a deep simulation as well as an approachable one.

One of the best games for the Wii and one of the most important titles for this year. Monster Hunter Tri is a truly XXL game that shows that hardcore games are also possible on Nintendo's console.

One of the best games in this franchise and a great source for many hours of fun.

It's still the best in its genre, but maybe it's time to try new paths.

One of the best fighting games you can buy right now. MvsC3 is very solid and a great opportunity to dive into 2D fighters.

Killzone 3 is a great, excellent game, but it has lost some personality compared to its predecessors.

The perfect mix between action, exploration, puzzles, humor and love for videogames. One of this year's greatest surprises.

Actually you don't mix anything and everything comes pre-made... but the game is really fun and very direct on its gameplay proposal.

Bulletstorm is rude, exaggerated and even a bit stupid. And we love it. In a genre where everybody tries to be like Call of Duty, People Can Fly not only has tried to do something different, but succeeded in it.

The Third is probably the funniest sandbox of this generation. It required three games, but finally Saints Row shows its true face.

If you like racing games you must own this. Yes, there are things that can be improved like the online mode or strange stuff like the decision to use 800 car models of lower quality, but this GT5 is just pure love for motor racing.
