It has a narrow niche and it fits it well – better than any racing game I’ve ever seen. I did notice some jerkiness on my older system that just barely meets the requirements, but other than that, the game ran well.

A blast to play, even for those who are not big fans of racing games. It's easy to pick up and play, and the variety of modes and tracks keeps things interesting for a long time.

Dead Space 2 only stumbles a bit with its added multiplayer, but when it comes to single player, if this game could scream out in space, its voice would be heard.

The game improves upon every aspect that helped to make the last two Deus Ex games so much fun to play. Human Revolution deserves every bit of hype that the game has gotten since its unveiling and it is a sure contender for game of the year.

One of the coolest menu systems ever to be seen a video game. If I'm mentioning a game's menus in a review, then you know that they have to be pretty darn cool.

Episode 5 isn't the strongest in the series, but taken together the five episodes make for a unique and engrossing game.

If you truly appreciate cars, though, and wanted to get just a glimpse of what it would be like to be behind the wheel of an exotic sports car or a Grand Prix racer, then GT4 will definitely deliver everything that you’re looking for and more.

ToD is every bit a Ratchet & Clank game, well, except for the missing multiplayer game, and a great start for the series on the PS3. This one should be in every PS3 owners collection.

NBA 2K11 is the best basketball game ever made, but that is misleading. There are a lot of improvements to be made, and though the graphics are near life-like and the presentation is flawless, there are still many kinks to work out of the gameplay and making all the modes worthwhile.

Overall, Paradise City is a great arcade racer in spite of some annoying navigational issues. The open world play fits the Burnout series perfectly, and Paradise City takes the series in a new and exciting direction.

Although the strategic aspect of the game is merely average, this game can be recommended based on the strength of its incredible real-time battles.

Outside of my complaint with the racing level and a few very minor issues, Mafia is a really immersive game. The story is very good, and the cutscenes and voice acting are of the highest caliber.

Does for the World War II first person shooter what "Saving Private Ryan" did for the war movie. Brothers in Arms is the definitive World War II action game and should be experienced by everyone who enjoys a quality shooter.

Overall, the Avengers Chronicles pack is a very strong set of tables, not just for the super hero fan but for anyone who enjoys Pinball FX2 or Marvel Pinball. Kudos to ZEN Studios for continuing to push the boundaries of video game pinball.

BioShock 2 had some big shoes to fill, and while it doesn't quite fill those shoes it still manages to get around in them without falling all over the place. BioShock 2 is still an enjoyable game in its own right, though, and it is certainly recommended to anyone who enjoyed BioShock.

The detail level is amazing, not just in the cars but in the cities and the crowds watching the races, I can talk about lighting (wait until you see your first night race!), textures, and the like, but it’s more effective if I simply ask: when was the last time you played a racing game in which you could see the instruments on the dashboard through the car’s rear window?

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will compete for online shooter players' time with Modern Warfare 2, but I’m not going to declare one of them better than the other. I had fun with Modern Warfare 2, I had fun with Bad Company 2.

Torchlight II is one of those games that may not be innovative on the whole, but that just gets so many of the little things right. Sure, it's a point-and-click action-RPG in the traditional mode, but it knows how to tap into everything that makes these types of games fun to play.
