Hidden behind the tragicomic silhouette of a zany little spider lies a sublime distillation of cruelty and fine gameplay: Daddy Long Legs might be the first "survival" endless runner, but surely is the epitome of a must have. Do not miss it.

The Talos Principle is a masterfully executed first person puzzler, with a thought provoking narrative that delves with class into profound philosophical questions. Once you start playing and you figure out what's going on, it's hard to put the game down, even thought it's very demanding and intense.

There’s something special in Alto’s Adventure, and it goes beyond the stunning visuals or the refined gameplay: it’s that something that makes games great, and there’s a lot of that in it.

A great sequel and an excellent puzzle platformer, with deep gameplay and lots of stuff to do. The level editor and the co-op mode are the icing on the cake.

A great conclusion to the Blackwell series, Epiphany delivers a poignant ending, the usually strong investigative and spooky gameplay and at least one breathlessly emotional "ghost story". Be aware, though, that having played the previous games is strongly suggested.

A new, great episode for this great series. At first you will feel the downside in terms of graphics, but that's the only "issue" with this version of Smash Bros.

Beyond Earth is Civilization V with a new souls. It delivers a bright, perhaps too optimistic view of the future, but its great design will set the goalpost for 4X in the years to come.

Soul Sacrifice is a truly excellent game, very playable and accurate in every detail. It inherits from its genre some degree of repetitiveness at times, it is a little slow at the start, but keep playing it to unveil one of the best experiences you can live... not only on a PS Vita.

A really good sequel and a great old-school graphic adventure. Graphics are very good, the writing is extremely funny, puzzles are smart and complex, and the game is really long.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate might very well be the best chapter of the series. The vertical gameplay makes everything more interesting, all while keeping the unique hunt feeling of the series. There's lots of content (the normal game, plus the Ultimate add on) and the game is more accessible to newcomers. Beware, though, because we're still talking about a very taxing game, which might not be everybody's cup of tea.

There’s something special in this game: I don’t know if it’s the amazing level design, the idea of using shadows and lights like platforms and wall or the cuteness of the main character, but everything works, and works really well.

A wonderful second act for one of the most interesting things going on right now in videogames. Interaction is limited to the narrative side and there's not much liberty, but if you like this kind of experiments, it really is unmissable.
