Trine is just one of those games that a casual gamer can pick up and play a little or a lot, also a heavy Impulse Gamer can feel good at having this hidden gem in their gaming collection. -

Nintendo have really mastered this series and The Legend Zelda: Spirit Tracks is a prime example of this that features two popular gaming characters from this interesting mythology. -

In all Rift has so much to offer with collections, dungeons, rifts, invasions, crafting, pvp and so much more. If you are a fan of World of Warcraft, or many other popular MMOs, this game would suit you nicely. Its graphics are beautiful, and its scenery is breath taking, allowing for an amazing and fun MMO experience.- Posted Mar 21, 2011

In conclusion, inFamous 2 is a worthy successor to the original game and although its fundamental nature is a rebadged gaming engine, there are several memorable moments in the game and for me, the story was much more down to Earth and relatable as opposed to the fast pacing of the original.- Posted Jun 13, 2011

Resistance 3 is one of those well rounded games that players will be clamouring at their mates to buy. In fact, I guess this review is clamouring for you to buy it too. I loved it and frankly could not find fault with it. From the single player to multiplayer experience, this title is so immersive that gamers could find themselves getting lost within this game world for months to come.- Posted Sep 18, 2011

Battlefield 3 is not that greatest game but rather, it's a very good game and although the single player campaign is a little dull in terms of story, there are some stellar moments in it to help get you through to the finish line and actually make you crave more. This is where the multiplayer aspect comes into play, especially with its realistic warzones and elements of Hollywood to make it bigger than life. With co-op missions, leaderboards and some great vehicles, Battlefield 3 is a definite must have for any first person shooter fan!- Posted Nov 2, 2011

Super Mario 3D Land is a game that can be played by anyone, young or old. With elements of classic 2D Mario games, Mario 64 and more recently Super Mario Galaxy, 3D Land successfully combines all these elements on the 3DS.- Posted Nov 30, 2011

In conclusion, The Old Republic is an extremely addicting game with an amazing story, beautiful music and voice acting, and an engaging and fun gameplay. The bugs and glitches along with the monthly subscription fees might turn off some people to the game, but I still highly recommend it.- Posted Jan 17, 2012

Resident Evil Revelations is a must have game for the 3DS that should be used in conjunction with the Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Pro accessory. The gameplay is almost flawless and the environments are quite detailed and engaging. The story is a little clichéd as are the characters which may become annoying for some but if you're a fan of this franchise than you really need to check it out.- Posted Feb 6, 2012

Although the game is not Tekken, CAPCOM have done a good job at porting these characters to the Street Fighter franchise and if you're hankering for a decent fighter, than you should definitely check out Street Fighter x Tekken which is the best fun I've had since... err... Ultimate Street Fighter vs Marvel. It may not have pushed the genre too much but at the end of the day, it offers an honest fighter that most gamers will enjoy!- Posted Mar 12, 2012

Compared to the PlayStation 3 version, Little Big Planet is a far superior game thanks to the unique control system of the PS Vita. Graphically, it is almost identical to the PS3 version but thanks to the controls, creating your own Little Big Planet worlds is a considerable easier task. Add in sturdy gaming mechanics, loveable characters and the ability to share and download other peoples creations and Little Big Planet is a must have game for the PS Vita!- Posted Sep 24, 2012

There is a lot to do in Borderlands 2, and even finishing the main story opens up additional quests, and the possibility to go back and pursue any side-quests that may have been missed the first time around. If there is one thing the game delivers in spades apart from its quantity, it's fun.- Posted Oct 15, 2012

What is truly intuitive about Rocksmith is the fact that it works, let alone the fact that it works so well. Once the guitar is plugged in the learning begins, and there is a lot on offer in Rocksmith. Being able to use your Playstation to teach yourself an actual skill is a rare thing, and Rocksmith should be praised for the great leap it has taken in rhythm gaming.- Posted Oct 17, 2012

There's no better opportunity for FIFA fans that are looking for a deeper managing experience to get involved in the Football Manager franchise. The new gameplay additions and a slicker presentation make Football Manager 2013 a much more mainstream and simpler experience, but this will work in the game's favour.- Posted Oct 31, 2012

Assassin's Creed 3 is a carefully crafted game that does border on perfect in terms of this franchise. The new protagonists are interesting and more importantly, the story and gameplay flows together perfectly. For some reason, the story in AC3 is easily the most compelling of the lot and even when you're finished, you could easily play the game again. Add in a sturdy multiplayer mode and Assassin's Creed 3 is a must have game to get you through to Christmas.- Posted Nov 7, 2012

In the end New Super Mario Bros U is an extremely fun game on the Wii U which proves classics can still make it in a world of games such as Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty. The visuals look amazing, the gameplay, although quite retro is pure Mario which makes this a must have title for the console.- Posted Feb 14, 2013
