EA Sports nailed almost every aspect of the game: FIFA 10 is pure soccer, or at least the nearest thing we can find in a video game. 25 championships, new modes and a perfect multiplayer make it a must have.

One of the most genuine Live Arcade titles around, Limbo has to be bought just for the great experience it offers, even if of short duration. If you appreciate originality and artistic freshness in a game, you have to try it.

A compelling experience for every horror and sci-fi lover, capable of delivering some truly memorable moments even if it won't surprise you like the first game did. The vague taste of deja-vu vanishes in front of an excellent realization, with a solid multiplayer as icing on the cake.

Three great games at a very good price, brilliantly standing the test of time and allowing Xbox users to play MGS 3 and Peace Walker for the very first time. An high quality package, strongly advised for everyone.

Challenging and adrenaline-fueled gameplay, a great co-op experience, painting-like levels and a ton of contents make Rayman Legends a must buy for platformers lovers. If we only could get rid of that light sense of déjà vu haunting us during the entire experience.

The best offline basketball video game around and one of the best sport sims yet. Our overall judgment is however strongly impacted by the disappointing online support, with frequent disconnects and heavy lag. We hope the developers will be able to fix it.

Borderlands 2 is one of the best co-op games around and more broadly one of the most enjoyable ones, thanks to the sheer variety of weapons, enemies and missions, capable to entertain the player for many hours and several play-throughs. A must-play.

Undoubtedly the best game in the series: varied, with longevity and extremely charming, it improves every feature of the previous game while adding several well thought-out novelties.

Left 4 Dead 2 is strongly suggested to everyone who prefers to play cooperatively with friends, sharing an adventure of horror and fear rather than fighting in the usual multiplayer FPS's: to complete the five different campaigns you'll have to act tactically and in strict collaboration with the other players.

Dark Souls is a game without compromises: you'll either love or hate it. The very high difficulty level could discourage the less undaunted players, but if you'll take your time to master its mechanics and "enter" into the game, you'll be rewarded with one of the most satisfying and memorable experiences in your life as a gamer.

From Software brings back its game making the game even better without distorting it. The result is an even harder game, surely suggested while we're waiting for the inevitable sequel.

A real surprise and one of the most interesting games of the year, with a great cyberpunk mood and an highly satisfying gameplay expecially for those willing to go the stealth/hacker way. It isn't flawless though, with problems like overcompressed cut-scenes - we'd preferred a multi-disk release to this - and the immersion-breaking bad lip-sync in the italian version dubbing, but it undoubtedly is an advised buy.

Probably one of the best music games yet: if you're The Beatles fans you'll love its great psychedelic style, and atmosphere. A real musical-documentary of the 60s, that allows us to imagine the years of a worldwide music revolution.

L.A. Noire isn't perfect, and some flaws even in core gameplay mechanics, like the interrogation system, keep it from being e real masterpiece. But thanks to the great advancements made in performance and storytelling, it's a must buy for every lover of story-driven titles.

Fallout 4 captures you in its world without ever letting you go: it still shows the series' well known soul of a collapsed world frozen in time by a nuclear blast, but this time everything is more fluid and streamlined, from objects management to dialogues to the combat system, with an added management layer and an incredibly dense and detailed world. This is the game to have for RPG lovers this autumn.

Modern Warfare 3 is a great FPS and a satisfying ending to Infinity's trilogy. With an adrenalinic and spectacular campaign and very entertaining multiplayer modes, fans of the series won't be disappointed – though we would have liked if the developers pushed it more on the technical side.

Dishonored 2 delivers a great sequel to Arkane's franchise, with great freedom for the player and high longevity, even if a bit too much on the conservative side. We would have liked to see more outstanding missions like the Clockwork Mansion and the Timepiece ones.
