Neuroshima Hex! should appeal to fans of tabletop role-playing games, or those looking for a board game experience heavy on strategy and apart from the norm.- Posted Feb 6, 2011

Let's Golf 2 is still a solid sequel to one of the best games on the App Store. While there are some errors and flaws with the overall game, I'm still having fun with it.- Posted Feb 8, 2011

Dead Space isn't a game that particularly stood out and isn't something that's a no-brainer Must Have in my eyes. The production values are high, and EA did a really nice job with this one. I just wasn't exactly addicted to it, and it never really grasped me from the start. But the playing atmosphere and graphics are phenomenal, and the game as a whole is quite professional.- Posted Feb 8, 2011

In terms of visuals, I think they've set the bar for how iPad games should look, as the detail that went into this is just… inspiring.- Posted Feb 11, 2011

The PvP mode is a nice addition to the game though, and I must say that it is one of the most interesting features I've seen in an RPG.- Posted Feb 11, 2011

Fast and Furious Adrenaline is a competent racing game; it'll provide you with a few hours of high-speed thrills along with some sweet cars. There are some issues with it including the need to connect to Facebook to access the online multiplayer, but all in all, I thought it was a good racer.- Posted Feb 12, 2011

Fastar! is not what most would expect of an Action RPG, nor is it what most would expect from Kooistra having played his previous app store releases - admittedly, the game left me scratching my head at first and it took me several plays to warm to it. Set aside such expectations, however, and Fastar reveals itself to be an excellent casual action game, well worth the paltry price of admission.- Posted Feb 12, 2011

While the definitive versions of Final Fantasy II and II are still the versions available for PSP, these ports are decent enough to suffice if you don't have one.- Posted Feb 12, 2011

Fruit Ninja is the perfect casual game that I thoroughly enjoyed. While there are minor problems I stated above, it's an overall solid appearance on the App Store and one that casual gamers shouldn't miss.- Posted Feb 12, 2011

It's cheap, filled with content, and looks really nice. Along with that, it comes packaged with 33 OpenFeint achievements, a lot more than the usual game.- Posted Feb 12, 2011

On the surface, Heavy Gunner appears to be a shallow shooter, with the dual-thumb cannons only a gimmick. Taking the plunge beyond that surface, however, reveals the game to be quite deep, full of choices and with great replay value.- Posted Feb 12, 2011

Overall, despite some minor gripes that can be fixed with updates such as deathmatch multiplayer, or lock-on controls, Star Batallion is a great flight-sim package that is very arcade-like in execution at times, but offers solid twitch-gameplay and challenge, with great presentation and graphics.- Posted Feb 21, 2011
