An exhilaratingly brutal and brilliantly beautiful action adventure from the days of yore when ships were made of wood and men were made of iron. Some of the best barbarian entertainment we've had in years. [Apr 2008]

A good, solid action-RPG with gorgeous presentation. It doesn’t quite have the depth to be a true classic but for the fans of the original game it’s a nostalgia-dripping must-buy. [Aug 2008]

A good add-on disk with a lot of content but zero surprises. Main campaign is far too easy. [Apr 2008]

Literally a golf game for everybody. The new swing system is a huge step forward, and yet it is simple enough for novices. Courses look great and the atmosphere is lovely. The main problem is, that the game is a little too easy for veterans. [May 2008]

I'd say Chariots of the Dogs might be the best episode in the new Sam&Max series yet. The environment is fresh, puzzles are challenging and logical and simply put toying with the time muchine works just great. As for me this time nearly all of the jokes hit the spot. Hail Sam and Max! Feels like Total War: Medieval. The sad thing is that Medieval has a better battle system and a much better strategic campaign. [Aug 2008]

Not a masterpiece, but still a highly addictive football experience. The new AI system does not have great impact on gameplay. However, there are a lot of minor improvements, such as advanced set pieces and a brand new Master League. [Nov 2007]

One of the best light gun games ever made. High-intensity zombie blasting is still decent fun and the cheesy dialogue is better than ever. Still, for two very short retro games, one must have the genre close at heart to make the asking price worth it. Also, the first HOTD should have been included no matter how dated it might look. A straight port from PSP-version. Compared to previous PS2 games, controls are cluncky and graphics are very rough. Story is still quite funny, but everything else has been seen before. Size matters, but the bigger is not better. [Apr 2008]

No more frustrating fiddling with vague motion sensing remote. Controls are accurate and Brawl supports almost any pad you can plug it in. It's fast and furious and on the bonus side, Super Smash Bros. Brawl suits perfectly for the beginners and advanced gamers. [June 2008]

Army of Two is a very good team shoot 'em up. It's reasonably realistic and the enemies are quite intelligent. Many weak-looking objects provide perfect cover, which is a bit odd. Army of Two is quite short, too. [March 2008]

Bully: Scholarship Edition is not head of its class anymore, but fun and entertaining adventure nonetheless. The tried and true Grand Theft Auto thrown into a boarding school setting defends its place well on the newer consoles too, despite the age already apparent when the facelifted graphics of Xbox 360 version are compared to the new generation standards. But still, Rockstar's strong points have always been excellent characterization and captivating storyline on semi-open sandbox setting, and that Bully delivers very well. [May 2008]

The Lost Crown is a solid ghost-hunting adventure with well-designed puzzles and storyline. The visual design is original. both photographic backgrounds and well used colouring add to the game's eerie atmosphere. There are many flaws, though: you can't skip the dialogue, there's a lot of frustrating walking to and fro etc. But even with its many flaws The Lost Crown is well worth the money. [Feb 2009]

The best PSP game in a while. Drumming and chaining your attack, defence, advance and retreat commands is fun and intense. Wonderfully animated and stylish graphics with cheery songs create a great atmosphere and building and improving your troops adds depth to the game. Some of the missions could have used more variety when it comes to the needed tactics. [Apr 2008]

Yet another add-on for the somewhat tired franchise. However, for an add-on it's well made and brimming with content, so the target audience should be pleased with it. [Mar 2008]

A refreshingly old-fashioned shooter that is sure to entertain you for a while with its lightning-fast action and pretty visuals. Regrettably the simplicity of the game also makes it a fairly shallow experience that will not hold your interest for a long time. [Feb 2008]

A very relaxing music game where you pilot a futuristic vehicle and race different tracks. You can add your own music into the game and the songs will be transformed into new racing tracks, so you will always have plenty of different types of tracks. The game mechanics and graphics are pretty simple, which is a bit disappointing. [May 2008]
