The different challenges range from easy to exhaustingly difficult, and the gameplay is so addicting that you'll want to complete every one. The level design and multiplayer components are subpar, but Joe Danger: SE makes up for it with a stellar career mode that will keep you playing all night "for just one more star."

We're sure devoted fans will love what Konami has done with The Simpsons Arcade Game's home release, and now it can be introduced to a new generation of players who will discover just how joyous it is. It's a blast from the past that has very little going against it, outside of its length. However, the replay value, particularly from playing alongside friends, easily makes this one worth the D'oh!

A bold new direction for the series, one that slightly remembers the drifting fundamentals while throwing in all sorts of new rules and tricks to liven things up. It's a lot of fun to play online and off, and the presentation really guns it in all directions.

While some may grow frustrated at the difficult challenges and later stages, tenacious platformer fans will find nothing but the utmost enjoyment in this title.

If you love Forza and love exploring, there really isn't any reason why you shouldn't pick up Forza Horizon.

Overall Fight Night Round 3 is a great game on its own merits, bringing with it some of the best commentary in any game, which is extremely informative and can really help during bouts.

They took the old formula and added some new features making Marvel: Ultimate Alliance one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had on the 360 to date.

From the moment you put the disc in the tray, everything about this game says “first class”, until you try to play on Xbox Live. If you’re a gamer that is not completely turned off by wretched multiplayer support, then DiRT should be a welcome addition to your library.

Despite the limitations the Xbox 360 controller presents to a game of this type, EA has done an exceptional job porting this game from the PC.

One of longest titles available on the Arcade, and one of the best. The simple to understand, but hard to master, style of gameplay and solid online experience makes this an easy choice for best puzzler on the Arcade.

Undertow is one of those great games where the demo and description do not do it justice. It is one of the most addictive, challenging, and deepest games Live Arcade offers.

The random costume drops and incredibly clever Achievements will keep gamers playing this one for weeks on end; beyond that, the addictive gameplay will make it hard to put down the controller, even with the few obvious blemishes in Live gameplay and limited single-player levels.

A great NHL experience that all but the most strategy-deficient gamer will enjoy. This ain’t your daddy’s NHL game.

Whether you’re a FPS, RPG or racing fan, this is a must-play game and with multiple different gameplay types, it’s guaranteed to keep you busy for an endless number of hours.

N+ is a reminder that flashy graphics and high concept gameplay are not necessary to create a killer casual game. Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.

Addictive and compelling.

It will tie you over nicely until the highly anticipated FIFA 09 hits store shelves. When I described it as a mixed bag my reasons were such; good graphics, excellent sound, lack of real depth, superb game play but lacklustre online options.

While it has some of the typical RPG gripes, the combat, story, and presentation are worth dealing with a little grinding to experience.

It sets the bar for what is possible from an Arcade title. It is a fantastic, polished RPG that will leave you happily setting aside points for the sequel.

These games may not compare to the powerhouses of today, but the extra content, eclectic selection of games, the low price tag, and no fear of jail time, almost every video game fan will find something they love in Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection.

Let’s cross our fingers that EA and Digital Illusions are already hard at work with new maps, vehicles and classes for downloadable content. We can’t tell you a reason not to pick up Battlefield 1943 via the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the ultra-low value of 1200 Microsoft Points; it’s available now.

Unbelievably fun and unique.

With its great visual style, simple mechanics, quality level design, and goofy sense of humor, Twisted Pixel has created a game that makes even its most maddening parts a good time.

If you are looking for a mature title that features some of the best action-adventure gameplay on Microsoft’s system look no further than Dante’s Inferno.

If you have been waiting for a music game that is a bit different than the others and includes the best playlist of pop-songs, put on a disguise and go pick-up Band Hero.

It’s got the great gameplay innovations from FIFA 2010 and should keep rabid fans busy until FIFA Soccer 2011.

Despite a few minor complaints, Toy Soldiers is a tower defense game well worth checking out, on Xbox LIVE Arcade right now.

In a dry spell of arcade releases, Final Fight: Double Impact is a must download.

While LEGO Harry Potter doesn't pull any punches with the cut and paste LEGO formula, the world surrounding it has been wonderfully imagined culminating into a fantastic experience for anyone who can hold a controller.

Monday Night Combat combat looks great and the design is very colorful with a humorous tone that creates a fun universe that you'll find yourself lost in.

There are a mass of improvements over the first. Especially regarding the survivor AI that was extremely poor in the first game. While the survivors aren't exactly intelligent by any means this time around, they are at least capable of following you and pushing other zombies out of the way while you work your way back to the safe house.

You just need to have an open mind about what's fun, and odds are Super Meat Boy will have you liking it provided you have enough patience to let its design philosophy sink in.

Although Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 lacks in multiplayer diversity and a story mode that makes some kind of sense, its fighting action is as enriched as ever, and the presentation knocks our socks off.

What De Blob 2 lacks in online interactivity and (to some players) overall challenge, it makes up for with its charming presentation. The graphics are colorful and absolutely stunning, moving at a fresh 60 frames per second.

The presentation, while slightly flawed, is amongst Eurocom's best work, and the gameplay delivers, both in single and multiplayer.

This Assassin's Creed is a noteworthy conclusion to the current saga, and it leaves us wondering just what kind of butchery awaits us when Ubisoft releases the next game in 2012. Hey, if it's something of this quality, we'll gladly take it. Blood, guts and all.

It's loaded with options, wildly offbeat characters, and the kind of online action that a good fighting game deserves.

The mountains are impressive, offering lots of jumps, hidden paths and design diversity to make you feel like you're going through Russia, Siberia, whatever, without confusing the terrain.

The character development elements of career mode are well emplaced and coincide nicely with the unique features of training mode and the participation of your player in different regionals, opens, and slams.

The graphics, sound effects, and controls are only a bonus to everything else that makes up a quality racing title. For a first attempt on new hardware I have to commend EA for a job well done.

In conclusion, Burnout Revenge for the Xbox 360 is the best racer out there in my opinion. If you are more into the action of racing and the wrecks then look no further, this is the racing game for you.

It’s combat may be unoriginal and the game may not be revolutionary, but it’s a truly solid adventure, with a good story, good controls that leave you with a yearning for exploration, and also discovery that is yet to be achieved by any other Xbox 360 title.

Enchanted Arms is not perfect but it is very close and will keep JRPG lovers busy for quite some time (around 80 gameplay hours to be exact).

A solid shooter but nothing remotely close to a "Call of Duty 4" caliber game. It has its shining moments and any negative attributes are, for the most part, diminutive save the camera.

With a solid fifty-fifty mix of simple and difficult achievements, and ridiculously addictive multiplayer gameplay, at 800 points Small Arms is one of the best purchases you can make on Xbox Live Arcade.

Skate has changed the way skateboarding games should be designed and played. Hopefully this is a wake up call to Tony Hawk developer Neversoft to be more creative and less complacent.

Though an extremely linear experience, the game will eat up a good twenty hours of your time the first play, and rewards those dedicated enough to go back for a second go-around with additional items and achievements not attainable your first time through.

Although everything is not perfect in Soulcalibur IV it is still one of those games that every 360 owner should have in their collection.

Although the controls could use some tightening, the overall experience screams with pure and pleasurable-rage-induced-bloody-action.

FIFA Soccer 09 is a step in the right direction with online play, but fails to have intelligent computer AI to give you a challenge by your lonesome. The on-field controls have improved though, at times, you won’t notice it since you’ll be exceedingly frustrated by your teammates kicking the ball out-of-bounds.

The catalogue of songs is among the greatest selections for Metallica fans, even if they aren’t into rhythm. Sure, not every Metallica single is presented, but for the 30 or so tracks provided, there’s a plethora of singles for fans of the metal gods.

Galactrix is a must-own for puzzle game fans looking for an upgrade from last year’s sparkling debut.

At times it’s frustrating and you’ll die more than you’ll succeed, but when you actually do accomplish a mission, it’s all worth it.

It’s no secret that MvC2 is not a very accessible game and doesn’t bring anything new to the fighting game table like Street Fighter IV and BlazeBlu, but if you are looking to hone your MvC2 skills on more than those in your immediate vicinity, or just think that Wolverine vs. Megaman would be a dream match, there is little reason not to pick this game up the next time you log online.

Defense Grid: The Awakening is not overly original within the tower defense genre, but does everything so exceedingly well in an anemic XBLA genre that it is impossible to resist.

While the game certainly wasn't without flaws, I found them to be a bit more forgivable given the overwhelming amounts of fun I was having with the game.

Even though the gameplay was left untouched, the game now runs smooth as silk which was one of the biggest frustrations when trying to play multiplayer on the original version of the game due to the massive drops in framerate.

This is a time-travelling FPS done right and it's too bad that the game lacks any sort of hype, as it is a much stronger showing than a lot of recently released FPS titles, multiplayer aside. If you like guns, Soviet world domination, and a time-hopping protagonist, then I would recommend taking a peek at the game.

The Locomotion engine allows players to move more realistic[ally] than the previous iterations of the Madden series. Players will now move in ways never seen before in an EA Sports football game.

This is one of the better values you can get for your buck right now, and proof positive that Twisted Pixel is gonna do just fine on the retail front.

If you are looking to fill the void left after you completed Skyrim then I can refer no other game than this one. It has everything you expect from the Elder Scrolls series and the combat is really good beyond its minor flaws.

It would've been great to have multiple people battling the dark simultaneously, but this is the next best thing, very competitive and lots of fun. And with different weapons to upgrade to, it just keeps on going.

The tour mode is one of the best campaign's found in a sports game yet, with the leveling of the players on your squad creating a bond that I didn't think possible for this type of game.

It's the sort of game that would've been exclusive to arcades, causing you to take the trip and insert tokens with excitement.

It's a superb fighting experience that's just as hardcore as anything Capcom or the Mortal Kombat team have to offer.

It's a better experience than any of the Saints Rows and fantastic filler as we wait for the next Grand Theft Auto. Anyone that is a fan of either sandbox or action titles should give this one a shot and not miss out on what is sure to be a serious 2012 sleeper hit.

There's enough action here to almost fill two games, and that's really saying something.

Had Tekken Tag Tournament 2 come with more side modes and an end boss that actually gave you a chance to win the game without killing yourself, it would've been something of legend. But even with these flaws, it's still one of the best fighting games out there.

Realms of Ancient War isn't perfect, but it's one of the best new downloadable titles of 2012 and a good excuse to invite over your friends to go dungeon exploring in search of the best loot on the hardest difficulty setting.

Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit has its flaws with its unresponsive controls and repetitiveness. However these small flaws can easily be overlooked when you look at what all Hell Yeah! has to offer with its exquisite graphics, entertaining gameplay, fun music and nonstop humor.

Though it's more on the tactical side than straightforward action, Enemy Unknown brings plenty of challenge, along with thoughtful gameplay and more-than-acceptable management options. Developers, take note – this is how you bring a franchise back.

While Dance Central 3 is lacking in innovation, it's straight up fun, just as Harmonix's sequels have been in the past.

Fans of the Ridge Racer series will love 6, and those who abandoned the series after 4 should try again with 6. Racing purists will hate it, but if you’re looking for fun over realism, and can see past the fake licenses and niggles, hours of fun are waiting to be had.

Perfect Dark Zero is a game you can pick up and play, you are put straight into the action from the beginning, and the action doesn’t stop until the last minute. While the single player can be considered a bit of a let down the multiplayer mode makes up for it. The game is a good comeback for Rare, and provides the perfect introduction to a new console.

It’s a great game with fantastic style and quality, no matter what age. Don’t miss out on it.

It won’t make you jump out of your seat, but it definitely works.

It really is like WWE in it's current state: stale, unimaginative, and afraid of new ideas. But, unlike the real WWE, it is the only option out there for a solid wrestling title.

With long lasting Mission mode, an unlockable Boss Blitz mode, satisfying Achievement Points, and smooth and addictive Live play, Heavy Weapon adds its name to the list of must-own Arcade titles.

Despite all it offers in terms of maps, vehicles, and weapons, the 360 version of Unreal Tournament III is unfortunately lacking. While PC and Playstation 3 users get essentially the same content to play with, the ocean of depth of their experience makes the 360 version look like the kiddie pool.

In the end, it hints strongly at a sequel, leaving you salivating for more. That is all you can really ask of a game.

Project Gotham Racing 4 has superb graphics for a racing title, some decent controls, and one hell of an offline/online package. As I said before this is the flagship title of the series and with new developers coming on board it is going to be hard to beat in the future.

It’s literally a heaven for any metalhead looking for an extraordinary collection of metal and all of its subgenres. The art direction of Brutal Legend on the other hand is what pushes the visuals to the next level. Granted, the game isn’t the most beautiful game of 2009, but it’s definitely one of the more impressively designed titles to reach the Xbox 360.

Once you’ve accepted the imaginative environment and characters for what they are, then you’ll be able to cruise easier, with the wind blowing in your fur, and a vast, exciting world to leave in the dust.

Don’t let Tomb Raider: Underworld go under your radar, there is plenty of things to do with Miss Lara; including a future promise of exclusive downloadable content for the Xbox 360.

The multiplayer serves up a hearty meal, the graphics are improved, and the campaign will consume many hours of your life.

Bad Company 2's single-player proves far more compelling than its predecessor's, standing up as much more than just preparation for the multiplayer portion of the game, which is undoubtedly what most players will be buying Bad Company 2 for.

To simply spell it out, Need for Speed: Shift is the racing title that fans have been waiting for.

King of Fighters XII is a balanced, beautiful game to witness and a fun start for the franchise's next generation, but it absolutely is a case of unfulfilled potential, especially considering it's supposed to be "the year of the fighter."

Although the high difficulty scale (even with the unlimited lives) may leave some people thinking twice about taking on this adventure, the inventive presentation and fun gameplay definitely make up for it. Comic Jumper: The Adventures of Captain Smiley is a wickedly creative action game that you shouldn't miss.

Even those who only listen to a tune or two are bound to enjoy what this game has to offer, between its simple gameplay and boisterous community features. We had a great time with it, and we don't even wear derbies and gold chains. Well, not yet, anyway. (Just wait until the tour.)

More fighters and options the next time around would be the way to go for this series.

It's another dose of Konami arcade goodness, with up to six players taking part in the over-the-top comic book action.

What stands out about Hard Corps: Uprising is its art style. Rather than stick with the routine Contra design that's worked so well in previous games, Konami turned to Arc System Works, the folks behind BlazBlue and Guilty Gear. The effect is astounding, and not the least bit distracting.

Dragon Age II doesn't quite carry the torch as well as Origins did, thanks to a few lesser items in gameplay and the lack of a genuinely moving story. That said, it's still a splendid action RPG with hours worth of gameplay going for it and plenty of choices that will make you want to play through it repeated times.

The gameplay is engaging (if not completely problem free), the presentation is quite fitting and the multiplayer components are excellent. Feel free to go Section 8 on your wallet and buy this game with extreme Prejudice. You won't be sorry.

Small issues aside (including the lack of co-op on the disc), Warhammer 40K Space Marine is an epic battle that deserves your time and attention. The multiplayer, despite being barebones, is great fun, and the single player campaign offers plenty of blood to spill, even if you're a newbie to Games Workshop's world.

It's still a hell of a relaunch to a long-running series, an imaginative – and captivating – trip through various game types, including overhead bombing and some breathtaking dogfights. If you thought Wings of Liberation was a nice piece of flight fun, you haven't seen anything yet.

Yeah, it would've been nice to have a downloadable upgrade rather than pay for a new product, and more modes would've been nice, but Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 still does what it set out to do, enhancing the original experience with a great new slew of characters and added features. Fighting fans will definitely get their fill with this, especially once they get their hands on Ghost Rider and Rocket Raccoon.

Though Shoot Many Robots is just missing that very slight edge to make this a classic alongside Metal Slug and Contra, it's a damn good competitor, and the kind of game that thrives life into the run-and-gun genre again.

2K Sports has put a lot of effort into making this one a far greater effort than before, and despite a few hiccups and lack of new content for My Player or Franchise, it's still quite the run around the diamond. Play ball!

Much like chess, you can learn how to use the pieces in an hour, but learning to use them skillfully takes time and patience. If you can handle a bit of a learning curve and some clunky controls, this game will reward you with challenging and enjoyable game play.

The major selling point for me is the quickly paced and varied game play. The career mode is not an obstacle to replay value like Top Spin 2, but rather a fantastic compliment to the bevy of minigames.

Dead Rising provides a very entertaining experience and the gameplay is solid. It still doesn’t change the fact that the gameplay is very simple, and can sometimes even be frustrating. The save system in Dead Rising is one of the worst in recent games.

If you know what size bra the Princess wears or the DNA make up of Darth Vadar, then this game is a must buy for you, and for everyone else I recommend at the very least renting this game and giving the co-op mode a shot, it is seriously that fun.

FEAR is roller coaster of thrills and action. It is a great game and easily worth a look for anyone in the market for an enthralling experience.

Considering the subject material there are not many other games like it (F.E.A.R.) and the unique character-switching feature helps it pick up a few points. The nice variation in weapons and magical powers also keeps the average gameplay from getting too boring.

It was a bit surprising when we completed the game and found ourselves wanting more, lucky for us the multiplayer delivers just that. LucasArts really created something special with the “terrain deformation” aspects of Fracture and the way it is implemented into so much of the gameplay mechanics was inspiring.

I’m happy to report that this is one of the better retro revamp titles to come along. Despite that, many gamers will have to give this game a second thought before spending the 800 points, due to the low replay value and lack of multiplayer.

Saints Row 2 is a extremely entertaining action title that will win over tons of new fans with its craziness.

The unfortunate truth is that while it’s a decent game, it doesn’t rise above that initial excitement.

Whether you need to use your environment, lure an enemy to its demise, or choose a specific weapon, you’ll be satisfied with the experience.

The bare-bones presentation and limited versus matches leave some definite room for improvement. With a greater focus on co-op and story, the next Armored Core could be the first must-own mech title.

For 800 points, you get two hours of linear combat, new items, achievements, and a couple of holotapes that detail a soldier’s experience. I appreciate Bethesda giving me a glimpse into Fallout’s lore (future), but the immersion that makes the game so tantalizing is absent during the entire quest.

Everything is not perfect but as far as movie games go this is simply put one of the best out there. Any fan of the X-Men universe should give the game a chance, but those who have been waiting for a Mature version of Wolverine to come around should rush out and pick X-Men Origins: Wolverine as soon as mutantly possible.

Artists like The Kaiser Chiefs, The Klaxons and The Chemical Brothers are among many that give the game a good atmosphere when you aren't even kicking a football about.

Warriors of Rock satisfies with a mostly rousing list of songs, still-addictive-as-ever gameplay and plenty of options for both solo players and groups. The only question now is what's left to do for the next time around.

It may not be as legendary as Wii Sports (yet), but for a debut sports compilation for Microsoft's high-priced gadget, Kinect Sports does more than enough to push the thrill of competition. It's good fun with friends, and the easily adaptable controls make it very user friendly, no matter what your height and age is.

At 1200 Microsoft points, Quake Arena Arcade may not be your ideal first-person shooting experience on Xbox Live – especially since other games run for 800 or even less. But if you're a Quake fan or need a fulfilling multiplayer experience that will keep you busy for hours, you owe it to yourself to enter the Arena.

The gameplay itself is engaging and fun, and online play works pretty good, though there were times we ran into some lag, particularly during Jack Attack rounds.

Beyond Good & Evil HD is a finely crafted remake that's well worth the 800 Microsoft points. Buy it for yourself…and then your pig uncle.

There's something for everyone here, and despite a few blemishes, it's one of the better games in town.

The original is a more inspired game, but kudos to Spicy Horse for making this second foray through the looking glass more than tolerable.

The story is tight and fast-paced; the presentation really shows Beenox's improvements over the past few months; and the gameplay is engaging, even if there's not much actual web-slinging to do this time around.

The design is quite inspired for a product designed for younger players, and the presentation is surprisingly high in value.

A few hiccups here and there stop Sonic Generations from being a classic, but it's definitely a huge step in the right direction for Sonic Team and Sega, especially considering how cluttered the previous titles were. It's a throwback to the carefree days of Sonic platforming fun, while still packing the kind of modern components that will keep you gazing at the screen in sheer delight.

This game is freaking gorgeous for its genre.

A welcome return to the "bullet hell" tradition, but offers enough new content and goodies like leaderboards and extra modes to keep it from being just another offering in the genre. It might be too tough for some, but hey, you gotta learn your skills somewhere, right?

Overall, it is certainly the best Hitman game of the series, and if you’re looking for a decent single player experience on the Xbox 360, then it’s definitely worth giving a go.

The replay value is good with the multiplayer game modes, and if you get really bored you can spice things up with some cheat options.

The game is a feast for the senses with great graphics and fantastic audio although replay value is reduced by the fact that you are doing virtually the exact same thing game in and game out, regardless of game play mode.

There is nothing too original here to set it apart from other J-RPGs but the simple fact that there are slim to none other option on the Xbox 360 I can only recommend this game to fans of the genre.

In the end, the biggest selling point of last season remains the biggest selling point this time around - the online leagues. Sharper graphics and tightened gameplay serve as the only upgrades over last year's model.

If all retro games received remixes this compelling, you would hear gamers begging for them rather than bemoaning them.

The character models, even with the lack of Matt Damon’s representation as Jason Bourne, are great in retrospective. The level environments are exquisite and full of interactive objects to use for satisfying takedowns.

The best online addition this year is the Team-Up feature, something all sports games should have going forward.

Some complaints would be the length (mainly because we had such a good time we wanted more), lack of features/replayability, and we would have loved a larger arsenal of weapons/locations. All in all Wanted: Weapons of Fate will do exactly what it is meant to do for adult gamers who pick it up in stores this week, provide a over-the-too fun experience with many ties (both gameplay and story-wise) to the Wanted universe.

Not only is the duel-sided single-player campaign features plenty to do, the multiplayer online mode adds hours of fun time for fans and newbies alike. If you are one of those people that will be standing in line tonight to see the midnight premiere of the Transformers sequel this game is a no-brainer purchase, for those gamers looking for an over-the-top action game Revenge of the Fallen should not be overlooked.

It may not have the full Live functionality, but those looking to play in-house with the family will not miss it. The new gig types, youth-oriented gameplay options, and ability to add the import the tracks here for use with Rock Band 2 (with an 800 MS Point fee) make this well worth the lower $50 price tag.

Forgotten Sands may not be one of the most stunning games released this year, but just like the previous Prince of Persia games, Forgotten Sands knocks it out of the park with some of the most satisfying platforming you’ll see this year.

As much as I was looking forward to Greed Corp, I ended up finding my hands clutching the controller in anger more than anything as I struggled to understand how exactly the game would perpetuate some of the gameplay mechanics it was subjecting me to.

It might be the finest family-oriented game released this year, as well as a shining example of how to do a movie tie-in with pizzazz.

The game's updated look is a HUGE improvement over the original, as everything has been overhauled while still maintaining and even improving the environmental changes that occur on each new lap of a track.

No, Splatterhouse doesn't revolutionize with its gameplay, and it's not quite a perfect-looking game either. But if you're looking for a bloody good time, it comes through on all fronts. Having the classic games in the package is great, too. We definitely can't deny this overhaul of Splatter.

Stacking reminds us an awful lot of the vintage films from the 20's. The music is pure ragtime-style ballads, but with a lighthearted tone so things never get too down in the dumps.

While multiplayer would've really pushed Torchlight to new heights, the game is no slouch as it stands. Fans of hack-n-slashers and role playing alike will equally come out in droves and make a $15 purchase., and deservedly so.

It's simple, it's fun, and it's got lots to do between quirky Kinect sessions, online matches, a worldwide Tour mode and plenty of unlockables. We'll take a "good enough" sports game any day that we can get it – as long as the fundamentals that inspired it in the first place are in play.

If you're conquered War For Cybertron already and seek to strike new ground with your favorite robots, Transformers: Dark of the Moon is a more-than-acceptable action fest. There are hiccups throughout, sure, but the solid multiplayer, tightly wound action and fan service-friendly set-up are more than meets the eye.

Being able to take down enemies with Fattel is worth the price of admission alone, as you don't often see a supernatural deity do his dirty work. Put the F.E.A.R. behind you and check this sequel out.

A good way to get a taste of things to come for the THQ vision of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, and is definitely worth your time.

Beautiful, it plays great, and is an amplified breath of fresh air.

While SoulCalibur V doesn't quite excel with some of the greatest fighting sequels out there, it's a huge step forward from IV, complete with online multiplayer that's meaningful again, a worthwhile character roster (Ezio rocks it, we're telling you) and a presentation that's as good as the series has ever seen.

Even though we liked the original game in limited ways, The Darkness II is a fresh sequel that avoids the pratfalls of most comic book licensed games, instead opting for ridiculously bloody gameplay, a solid (for the most part) presentation, and a multiplayer add-on that doesn't feel like a cheap addition, for once.

Tiger Legacy may not be much, but the new online Country Clubs are, as well as the Masters tournament, the gameplay tweaks and the Party Play.

While the “DJ beat” system is not all it was cracked up to be, the deep story mode, destructible environments, and kick-ass soundtrack polish out the game quite well.

The controls were simple enough, the single-player kept me busy for long enough, and the amazing multi-player/mini-games were a sweet bonus to an already good game. Rounded off with good graphics as a whole and a decent soundtrack The BIGS turned out to be one hell of a fun game that quickly moved towards the top of my list for sports games out in stores right now.

A solid Arcade game when you get good people to play with over Live. Those already enthralled with the world of Catan are likely too busy building their empires to read this, but those not should definitely give this addictive and highly challenging board game a shot.

There’s never a dull moment, and with new equipment to test out, the amusement level is always at a high.

It’s one of the best bargains on the Xbox 360 of more than thirty hours of entertaining gameplay. Since the original isn’t backwards compatible on the Xbox 360, this is your only chance to play through the unique Xbox FPS title.

The single player campaign has enough substance to warrant the full purchase for people itching for an ATV or MX type game and even basic racing fans may find a diamond in the rough in Untamed. A quality multiplayer experience adds to the fun but can become quite boring after a couple races, stick to the stunt modes and mini-games for maximum fun.

The sheer range of units is impressive, especially the naval ones, and even if they don’t quite transform the battlefield tactics in the way they’re intended to, their unique special abilities do provide plenty of fun.

NCAA Football 09’s addition of the Online Dynasty mode unquestionably saved this game from mediocrity.

What separates Kung Fu Panda from the bunk you are used to getting alongside a film's release is that it actually feels as though the game would stand up well on its own without the film.

Despite a few shortcomings, H.A.W.X. is a solid title that will satisfy anyone looking for a new jet fighter game and the co-op play is sure to tie over friends looking for something new to plow through together.

By the end of the day though, Tekken 6 is a glossy treat that is easy to pick up and play against friends. Veterans will have the jump on the controls, but newcomers need not worry about facing them online as Tekken 6 has a quality match-making system in place where I have only faced off against opponents with similar skill levels.

It has beefier online modes, a few graphical improvements (most notably in the weather effects), real-time weather, and Precision Putting – but all of this is forgettable if you played Tiger Woods 09.

If you are a fan don’t let my words keep you from playing Skate 3, it’s a great game with plenty to see and do, it’s just more of the same.

This game is a tremendous leap forward in Lego game development, something that involves the player more than it ever has, even if the basics remain the same. It has replay value galore, and offers multiplayer fun for all ages. Surely, the Force is strong with this one.

Fans of the series will appreciate the class system and the numerous characters, while newcomers will enjoy the approachable combat and beautiful worlds. It's a win-win across the board, and we'll take that any day of the week over a recycled Final Fantasy adventure.

If you're a wrestling fan, this is a must.

Monolith has made the most out of this outlandish idea, making it throughout enjoyable to romp through stages and level up like a pro. Some online modifications would be nice, but for now, this game's good enough to drive you Bat-ty.

A game that's merely good, rather than great. Still, the good part is well worth the investment, provided you can find the right team members to join you in a firefight.

Players should not come in expecting a balanced single player and multiplayer like the competition may offer, but instead be pleased by the solid campaign that is different from any other shooter.

Its intuitive hands-on combat is still as dialed in as it ever could be, and the presentation, while hardly perfect, should keep fans enthralled for hours on end.

It is very nice to know that RTS games are very much so playable on the 360, and this can only mean that the trend will be upward.

SFII:HF really does bring you back to the good ol’ days, and with new arcade classics being re-introduced every week with Xbox Live Wednesdays, Microsoft really is letting the good times roll!

Maybe it is the beautiful graphics or the insanely fun multiplayer; it could be the Dynasty mode or the feeling I get playing a home game in the ultra-realistic Jordan-Hare stadium. Whatever it is, EA won some major points with me this time around.

While the overall look and feel of the game is certainly next generation, the lack of some industry standard play modes has caused us some head scratching.

This year’s installment however will not disappoint as 2K Sports have made numerous adjustments and added several features that makes this installment a true contender in this year’s NBA title bout.

Overall the different modes and multiple options make Juiced 2 my favorite racing game on the Xbox 360 of this style. It doesn’t compare to PGR4 or Forza but it is not meant to.

The repetition may test your ability to keep your controller from flying across the room but the patience pays off when you finish that hard-ass scene without one strike against you, and the director comes up tossing smiles and praises your way.

It’s by no means better than the original, but it does produce a similar play through of exhilaration that’ll have you on the edge of your seat.

Despite its flaws, Lost Odyssey is hands-down the best turn-based RPG on Xbox 360.

The story and dialogue options are excellent and often lead towards compelling as you often feel as though the world is in the balance and your words will influence the survival of those around you. The gameplay however will try your patience now and again, but never becomes annoying enough to be called unplayable.

We came into our review with Spider-Man: Web of Shadows with only one hope, that Shaba Games would provide us with a great time playing through the Spider-Man game we have always wanted to experience. While we can’t honestly say that it was a total success what we can say is that the good times far outweighed the bad times.

While it won’t blow your mind away, it’ll at least make you appreciate your Xbox 360 a little more than you did the day before.

The biggest issue with Scene It is also what makes it such a draw for some. The singular focus on films makes it a title that all your friends can certainly play, but can leave non-movie lovers feeling a bit disadvantaged.

The voice-acting is still hilarious at times, the soundtrack is fitting, the graphics are lush, and the humor is more often on, than it is off.

Though it still suffers from some of the nagging problems that have plagued the series for years, the game does a great job giving hardcore fans what they crave while still being accessible to the casual player. This year’s game is an enjoyable sports entertainment experience, even if it just feels like a new coat of paint at times.

The highs in Metro 2033 are high; with some gripping moments and set pieces that pull you in and leave you wanting more, but throughout the course of Artyom’s quest you can’t help but feel that the game could have been so much more.

How to Train Your Dragon plays like it has the potential to be a great family game as well as one of the better movie tie-ins releasing this year, especially for the fantasy-driven children in your family.

At $49.99 Shrek Forever After is a great reason as any to get the whole family together for a night of laughs.

Worth the investment to both appreciate its unique graphical style and just plain have fun beating the ever-loving snot out of pitied fools, made all the more visceral from first-person.

If you need a distraction from all the testosterone currently being pumped out in disc form, Costume Quest's charm will make you wish you were hitting the streets in your snazziest cardboard-robot costume come the 31st.

The game has been made less-realistic in an effort to appeal to a younger demographic and I applaud Activision for this decision.

Disney Interactive Studios' Pure is still the front-pack leader when it comes to dirt-racing greatness in video games, but if there were room for a close second place candidate, Nail'd easily takes that spot. What the game lacks in complexity, it makes up for with thrill-a-minute racing action and a slick presentation.

While I may not look back at it much in the coming years, right here and now, Majin is easily one of favorites of 2010 easily worth the measly $40 it takes to lock down one of the best buddy/puzzle games I've played all year.

Along with the great stage design, Raskulls also has excellent character design.

Doesn't take huge strides to be the best game in the series, and could use several tweaks – namely AI and visuals – in an upcoming patch. That said, as the default baseball title for Xbox 360, it's a good one, and fans should immediately invest.

Shadows of the Damned isn't without its problems, but at the end of the day, it's good demon-blasting fun, with one of the better soundtracks we've heard in a while to boot.

There are some slight issues here that weigh the game down, and, let's face it, D3 Publisher wasn't looking to dethrone any kings. Now, that said, it's a romp and a half, a bug-killing fest that has plenty of destructive flair to spare.

Control quirks and main game length aside, this is as thrilling as ninja games get, and a fun addition to the series, whether alone or with friends. Forget the naysayers and cut loose with good ol' Ryu.

Newcomers will find tons to enjoy here, with countless hours of replay value, and over the top action that will make you wonder why you haven't checked the series out before. The only faults to be found here are that none of the FMVs in the game have been altered, making their low-resolution compression look extremely out of place.

The multiplayer is engaging, whether you're gunning down your friends or enlisting them for team duty, and the gameplay never lets up, even though it bounces all over the place between non-controllable gunning segments, stealth and run-and-gun action.

Even with the lack of multiplayer and some occasionally repetitive gameplay, Lollipop Chainsaw is a sleazily good plate of video game junk food, one with all sorts of carnage and hotness to go around.

Though some of the puzzles are unnerving and the lack of online play is noticeable, Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes still stands as one of the better efforts from the team at Travellers Tales.

The Amazing Spider-Man is supposedly about 30 hours in length, but honestly, if you're dedicated, you can wrap it up in twelve, complete with new suit collecting (because your old one takes significant damage – a huge plus) and side missions. But that's not too shabby considering the replay value.

It's involving, and while not everything may be prepared for that, it provides an experience that very few games can these days.

The gameplay is as addicting as it was in years past, and the game's new features allows the classic game to feel different from the original in many important ways.
