A titanic piece of work that embodies everything that made the Halo series legendary. The changes to the formula aren't many, and affect mostly the enormous multiplayer portion of the title, but everything is so polished and pushed to the limit that we can't help but think this will be the last "classic" Halo around.- Posted Nov 1, 2012

Madness is the name of the game indeed, and you can feel it in every fiber of the game. The characters are crazy, the graphics are crazy good, and the developers must be crazy to have put such an amount of content into a hybrid fps. Far Cry 3 is a colossal title, one that will keep you occupied for a while, and not the bugs, nor the kinda repetitive structure of many of the sub missions are enough to ruin the fun.- Posted Nov 21, 2012

New Super Mario Bros. U is maybe the best platform of the "New" series due to an inspired level design and lots of game modes. The Challenges are just what hardcore Mario fans were looking for, and are capable of pointing out the best elements of one of the most refined gameplays ever created. The last Mario adventure is, without doubt, a killer app. for the Wii U, even without an intensive use of the Wii U Gamepad.- Posted Nov 28, 2012

A great port, with some decent gamepad functionality. A pity the previous chapters aren't on Wii U though, since the legacy comic doesn't really compensate for their absence.- Posted Dec 4, 2012

NBA 2K13 Wii U is an awesome port of the best basketball simulator ever. The most remarkable difference in this version is the introduction of some new options developed to take advantage of the Wii U GamePad exclusive feature. If you are Wii U owners and NBA lovers, don't miss it.- Posted Jan 17, 2013

Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien is a beautiful platform "on rails" driven by the rhythm of music, just like its predecessor Bit.Trip.Runner. Gaijin Games was clearly extremely inspired when began working on the title, and the result is a product full of content, challenging and, most importantly, extremely fun. Highly recommended.- Posted Feb 27, 2013

An amazingly crafted expansion that completely modifies the competitive metagame while maintaining the fine balancing of the best RTS around. The narrative could have been better, but the campaign is still a great piece of work that thrives on its amazing variety.- Posted Mar 15, 2013

Fifa is now the better soccer game on PC, too. Fifa 11 is a conversion from Fifa 10 next-gen, with some improvements and corrections. Is a competitive product, with a great online offer. -

Darksiders is a great start for this 2010. A long story, a complex and engaging gameplay and a beautiful character design make this games a big debut for Vigil Games. It lacks of originality, but it's recommended to everyone. -

Bioshock 2 is a worthy heir of the first chapter, from the storytelling to the gameplay. Hence it's still a great FPS-adventure title, but the magic and genius of its predecessor is somehow lost. -

Dante's Inferno is not an innovator of the action genre, but a game that can entertain until the end credits. The gameplay is solid and the great design is an added value, able alone to raise the level of the production. Ultimately a title not brilliant as Bayonetta, but perfect to be played waiting for the upcoming king Kratos. -

Lara Croft And The Guardian Of Light is one of the best action/adventure of the Xbox Live Arcade lineup. Great graphics, fast-paced action, an excellent offline coop mode and a high replay value, it's worth all of its price. Only issue is the lack of an online coop mode and some cheesy voice acting. -

Fable III improves over its predecessors' action GDR formula, offering some interesting new ideas, like the new visual concepts for the menus. It's a shame that the second part of the story, where the new stuff should really explode, feels too slow and not compelling as it could've been. It's still a good gaming experience, but if you loved the second you'll feel that somehow this is a small step back.- Posted Oct 26, 2010
