    Good show, but it just pisses me off how short the seasons are, and how long you have to wait until the next one.

    A disappointing season opener to a show we've grown to expect will be stellar. Overstuffed to the point of confusion--you have an entire season, people, slow down!--it reaches its nadir when detailing the preparation for the grand opening of the casino in ludicrous unreality. Get this: When the night's star, Kenny Rogers, is waylaid by weather, the oldest Hendrickson son's garage band just happens to be ready to play a set of casino-themed songs, and instantly! You expect the band to sprout mouse ears and have Annette Funicello join them as a guest star...… Expand

    All of the wives are more interesting than their husband. Paxton's character remains a problem for me and, as the pole on which this tent depends, a crucial one.
