    This fascinating series that tracks a bunch of small-town Louisiana cage battlers and their lives of not-so-quiet desperation. Even the overly strenuous attempts to amp up drama are revelatory.

    Caged isn't a knockout, but you won't feel sucker punched because, unlike other reality shows, the cast hasn't taken a dive and faked the action for the sake of created "drama."

    Gut wrenching. Reality television at it's best. When the characters enter the ring, one can't help but succumb to the nervous excitement that embodies the brutal sport of MMA. This show aptly counters the paradigm of reality television providing a much needed, well appreciated respite from the mindless self indulgences of the likes of the Kardashians or Teen Mom.… Full Review »
