    This review contains spoilers. While the show is a bit uneven, when it hits the mark (like the use town in France driven mad by a CIA experiment) it can be quite illuminating. The problem is that all the stories don't quite reach this level.… Collapse

    It plays as cheap voyeuristic thrills, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but does keep the show percolating at a somewhat low level.
