I don't understand why people don't like this show. I think it's brilliant. Is it the best REALITY show? Nah, but I'm already hooked. The reason I'm hooked is because it's NICE to know there are bosses that, whether they're doing it because they want press or to "scare" their employees into doing better, are willing to give lower-level employees a chance to voice their opinions. Like it or not, no matter how strong leadership may or may not be, there will ALWAYS been employees at the bottom of the totem pole that may have fantastic ideas that you wouldn't otherwise be willing to listen to. They really are trying to prove they CAN be in a leadership role, of SOME sort, and do it seriously. I think it's a job well done! And I Expand

Does Someone Have to Go? is not easy to watch, though it is engrossing to see how alliances are formed and trust is broken.

Rooting against an established villain playing an elaborate game like Survivor or The Amazing Race is one thing; rooting to see a real person rendered unable to support his or her family is quite another, even if that person seems like a jerk.

As it turns out, Does Someone Have to Go? is exactly bad as you would think.
