    Although it may not match the brilliance of there first outing with 'The Office' it is still a fantastic look into the world of the celebrity.Although it may not match the brilliance of there first outing with 'The Office' it is still a fantastic look into the world of the celebrity. Andy Millman's character is fascinating to me because, he is our view into fame and it is a deliberately shallow and bitter world to live in. A show that uses celebrity cameos not to promote itself but to cast a negative shadow over the celebrity obsessed culture that we live in today. Full Review »

Each episode centers around a guest star who behaves exactly the opposite of his/ her public image. Gervais' character changes through the series - - becoming more shallow and jaded until he has his epiphany. A very good set up of moronic sit-coms as well which are actually worse in the UK than in the US. The "Dukes of Hazard" was fine art compared to "When the Whistle Blows". Full Review »
