More of the same thing in season two. Gritty show that shows how having super powers and to handle them is not as cool and easy as you would think it would be. Likeable humanistic down to earth characters. i think I follow this more for the interesting characters then the general overall arching storyline.

It is a shame the writers strike happened and affected the show at this point because season 2 ended in such a powerful way. Not as good as season 1, but those are pretty big standards, season 2, if you except it isnt the first season, and go with it, you will enjoy yourself.

What happened here? The story seemingly declined to match the reduced episodes and whilst there is still something to witness here it's a sad unrecognizable step in the wrong direction. The writers strike crippled what could've been a consistent sequel season but it's cliffhanger ending was enough to keep me motivated to continue on.

The impending explosion in New York, that was the central focus of the Heroes first season, gave the shows characters a direction and brought together each of their stories. Without this link the writers never quite seemed to know what to do with the huge cast of characters they’d created, and too much of this season was spent on dull, unnecessary plots that did little to advance the overarching narrative. The fact that many of these side stories were abandoned at the start of the third season speaks volumes as to how they were critically received.

Esta segunda temporada fue algo decepcionante con respecto a la genialidad de la primera, absurdas incoherencias con respecto a la trama, personajes nuevos poco aprovechados, situaciones que eran dificil calificarlas como serias, un antagonista sin carsima, solo porque en el 2007 hubo la huelga de guionista eso no significa que no hayan podido crear una temporada bien hecha.

I look at this and see something boring, generic, messy, putrid, messy, ugly, messy, and uh, what else- messy. Arguably better than season 3 though. In my opinion Sylar should have died.
