Summary I'm with Busey in a nutshell is about the misadventures shared between a comedy writer in his twenties, Adam De La Pena and a Hollywood icon who has been in 100+ movies, Gary Busey. Adam idolizes Gary and with his neurotic and goofy personality and Gary's absurdity and eccentricity the stage is set for all sorts of comedic mayhem.

Gary teaches Adam the art of survival by taking him to find the 'Magic Indian' with the help of his friend Sequoia, and the art of roadkill.

Fear
Gary tries to teach Adam about fear through bike chicken, trains, knife fights and a demolition derby.

Technology: Rise of the Robots
Gary tries to show Adam the evils of technology by taking him to an electronics store and teaching him about the pyramids. Adam responds by taking Gary to a 2 man rave and then going to a robotics factory, where they build robots to fight.

Gary tries to teach Adam about imagination. He does this thru childhood toys, blind painting and live poetry. They then try to pitch a roadkill cookbook. Lastly they visit a wax museum.

The odd-couple act is funny at times, but one episode is plenty for all but confirmed Buseyphiles.
