Ugh! All these doctors emote and worry about their feelings. I haven't seen so many men cry since the Toronto Maple Leafs did not make the playoffs -- again. Is all of California like this?

Such was waste of talent. Actors seem to be grasping at straws in an effort to deliver their part realistically. This boils down to lousy scrip writing. Maybe there are too many shows set in the medical profession that I feel jaded. I had expected more, or maybe my standards are too high. Dr. Addison's persona has completely done a 180 from GA. Too bad.

The writing is terrible and predictable. I feel like the characters are all over the place with no passion or charisma.

Katie is amazing. Why is she not taking the movies roles of Julia Roberts or Reese Witherspoon? Anyways, the show totaly pulled me in and I loved it. Tim Daly is hilarious as are the other actors! See ya next week at the same time and place.

I had great hopes for PP and I have to admit that i was a little bit disappointed (too much for one episode....) But just give them a chance.

It's a good show and a lot better than Grey's season 4 so far. I am excited to see what is next.

The show is good, and it as potencial, but the scripts could use work, because there is one thing in this show that REALLY gets to me - the fact that the characters cant spend 5 seconds on the same subject (of their personal life) if Addison is talking to Naomi abou a guy she likes, Naomi doesn't show ANY interest and chages the subject to HER, this happends with EVERY SINGLE CHARECTER! and it makes me mad! But overall the show is great, AND HOW THE HELL WASN'T KATE WALSH BEEN NOMINATED FOR AN EMMY ?!… Expand

HORRIBLE...I gave it a chance (two in fact), could NOT STAND IT...The writing is terrible. The most UNORIGINAL show of the year....If you want a real guilty pleasure watch GOSSIP GIRL!! (Number one show on itunes...so easy to catch up!!). Now that is a show with a hot cast, great music, great location (NY), and great clothes.

A huge disappointment. The large following of Grey's Anatomy might want to skip this spin-off. The writing is weak and Kate Walsh and her supporting cast doesn't seem to mend with the script and the lame writing. This more "hip and modern" medical drama doesn't seem to have the intensity or any sort of factor to hold the viewers in because the premise of this show lacks all aspects of a good drama. I love this show. I'm a straight guy and I was totally hooked during the Bionic Women commercials!

Kate Walsh is mesmerizing. As is Daly. Emmy's for writing, directing and acting all around. Best new show of the season.

I can see why it didn't get so many good reviews, but I loved it. And the second episode is by far much better.

I don't know what these awful comments were all about. This a awesome movie and it along with Dirty sexy money kept this single lady entertained. Please keep this show going! Those who like it probably not online writing it. I know about 8-10 people in my office that couldn't wait each week. It was office talk. I really enjoyed this show! I am sad that all of the other ABC shows have returned back to air and this one has not. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU VIEWERS? To be honest, I assumed it had something to do with the writers strike, but as I read on, I see that I was wrong.

Give Private Practice a chance !! It's a great show !! New Characters and relationships, internesting medical cases, Addison that we all love, ect.

As much as I don't mind this show I'm really hoping it'll tank and Kate Walsh will go back to Grey's. Really this is the optimum solution. Then, one show will completely heal over (pun completely intended) and I'll have at least one good show to watch again.
