  • Summary: Academy Award winner Holly Hunter stars in this TNT drama series about a police detective with an emotional crisis living in Oklahoma City. A respected officer, Grace Hanadarko can't seem to run her personal life with the same sort of finesse she has in the field. Can an unlikely divine stranger influence her to get her life back on track?

    In 2008 the series was nominated for a Saturn Award for "Best Syndicated/Cable Television Series" and actress Holly Hunter was nominated for a Saturn Award for "Best Actress on Television" for her role as Grace Hanadarko.

    In 2008 Holly Hunter was nominated for an Emmy for "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series" for her role as Grace. She was also nominated for a Golden Globe for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Drama" and was nominated for a Screen Actor's Guild Award for "Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series".

    Saving Grace is one of the best tv series I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. It is a real shame that it was cancelled as this was one of the series that should have continued. So many others do not even come close to the quality of the actors or the story line itself.… Collapse
