Hotel Babylon supplies an attractive cast, a cheeky attitude and just enough depth to keep you coming back for more.

Hotel Babylon is willfully bright and sexy--like the Parker's décor, it updates a '70s sensibility--but also has a nice eye for detail, good minor characters and well-flowing dialogue.

A high-gloss series with production values just as significant as what we see on American TV, it's worth checking into Hotel Babylon if you're seeking a respite from reality--TV shows or otherwise.

Even when the guests and plots falter, the regular cast keeps the hour in painless motion.

Light and breezy, Hotel Babylon is a fairly simple conceit, built around the employees at a high-class London hotel and the guests they serve.

British reviewers pegged Hotel Babylon correctly when they called it flashy, trashy, cheeky, frothy and "like a perfectly executed souffle."

At blending comedy and drama and presenting freshly drawn characters, though, Hotel Babylon has a lot to learn from the likes of "Desperate Housewives" and "Grey's Anatomy." As a hotel, and as a TV series, put it at less than three stars.

David E. gave it an8:
Funny witty and great. One of the best show in my time back to the basics of good stories lines and great charters. I glad to see someone making tv worth watching again. Living in the states I'm sick of are reality tv HA HA its such crap. Maybe US Studios can learn a few things. Great show keep it up.
Kristine Q. gave it a10:
I absolutely love the characters and the story lines!!!
Dana F. gave it an8:
Beautifully casted, gorgeous and lush set, and more fun than "Footballers' Wives".
Claudia P. gave it a10:
My husband actually watches this with me. We thing it's funny.
Gigi G. gave it a10:
Intelligent and well written. Superbly acted. Classy. Revealing and exciting. Additionally, you might call me shallow- but those accents still amount to one of the best parts of the show. I know that doesn't sound like the show amounts to much - but does it ever!
Marie M gave it a5:
An enjoyable waste of an hour but if all the actors had American accents I don't think the critics would have rated it so highly
