The Christmas special Shrek the Halls is fabulous.

Simple and fun, if not exactly memorable.

Shrek the Halls does a very good job of top-to-bottom production.

It's loud and only marginally coherent, but, for a made-for-TV version of a theatrical blockbuster, it looks utterly polished.

While the story line speaks to loneliness and celebrates community belonging, the episode ultimately feels as flat and superficial as a mass-produced holiday greeting card.

Awesome, and Puss in Boots is the cutest animated character I've ever seen!

It was really funny, especially the break dancing chicken and the stories. My only complaint, it should have been longer.

Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter was upset and scared when the "mean Santa" came to get the Gingerbread cookie. Now she is saying "Santa's going to get me like the Gingerbread". She really liked Shrek on the big screen and was anxious to see him on TV. Too bad that portrayal of Santa was in the show. Note: We did not watch the whole show. Expand

Vacuous entertainment lovingly crafted by morons, for morons.
