    This may not be as touching as "Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings," or "God bless us every one," and it may resonate much more with the parents than the kids, but for a Christmas special about an ogre who may have overstayed his 15 minutes, it's actually not too bad.

    Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter was upset and scared when the "mean Santa" came to get the Gingerbread cookie. Now she is saying "Santa';s going to get me like the Gingerbread". She really liked Shrek on the big screen and was anxious to see him on TV. Too bad that portrayal of Santa was in the show. Note: We did not watch the whole show.… Expand
