The unwavering, insistent sincerity of Signed, Sealed, and its tearjerking final acts, are hard to resist, despite often being served up in greeting-card platitudes.
The show is vaguely mystical, implausible and sappy, but if you're in the right mood it's very moving. [5 May 2014, p.46]

A nice, warm, comfortable series. Talented actors and writers demonstrate that a series can be engaging and capture attention without the cheap use of sex, nudity, violence, and profanity. There are always subplots in addition to the main story line. Hallmark is finding a place as a niche market for people who want well written entertainment without the sex, nudity, violence, and profanity. Their growing audience is proof that there is an interest in this genre. The dialog is wonderful, using history and trivia, to capture interest. The characters have jobs that are interesting, challenging, and require intelligence, and, most importantly, they work well together, and get along. If one enjoys cozy mysteries, this series is one to explore.

This is a wonderful show, with above average acting, and stunning attention to detail. The sets and costumes perfectly describe the characters and the stories. The actors play the characters with respect and just enough humor. I've never been a fan of shows like Touched by an Angel because I felt they were simplistic, but this show has depth, humor and heart.

The characters, all of whom are terribly likable, speak as if they are reading from Hallmark greeting cards.
Like all Hallmark movies, the premise is constructed in such a way that you can see every beat telegraphed (or in this case, pre-addressed) well in advance, which serves to both make viewers feel smart and wrap them in a warm blanket of familiarity.
The show is inoffensive, tedious pabulum with forced postal humor.
Excellent show. Warm, engaging humor along with poignant storylines. The characters are well crafted and their growing relationship as a team is impressive. The script is well written, sentimental but also deep and thoughtful. The episodes deal with issues that are touching and important. There is a great balance of single stories in each episode and a fascinating story that stretches across episodes about the various quirky and intriguing characters. This show will make you laugh and it will make you cry.
