SueCSep 7, 20067Not addicted yet, possibility is there, Need to see more of the chemistry. Charaters flawed perfectly.

WynneSFeb 22, 200710The entusiasm and fine acting of Ron and the others are worth watching even if the storyine is bad, which it isn't

WindowsRDXFeb 9, 200710I know giving it a 10 may seem excessive, but Ron Livingston is just awesome. Whatever flaws the script may have are resolved by his fine acting skills. It's also cool to see two actors from the "Band of Brothers" series reunite on television.

ApresSkiSep 6, 20068I tape it so I can watch it on the weekends for tons of popcorn & have a good time. Cheaper than the movies & the acting & sets aren't half bad. Hey look, they copied these from Spanish. But I'll still watch because there is suspense, anger, rage, emotion, FUN, FUN, FUN!

JustinSep 9, 20069this show is really good, it might take a couple of episodes to get it off but if this show gets cancelled i'll be mad

MargaretGJan 13, 200710I love this show. The acting is really very good and I enjoy the relationship between the 2 stars. I've missed it being on and hope the powers that be aren't going to mess with a good thing.

TeresaS.Jun 20, 200710have you ever noticed, even with movies, "professional" critics (and i use the word professional loosely) tend to not like a lot of things that the people (who are what really matters) seems to love them? I don't even listen to critics anymore. I pay attention to what people like myself have to say. And I say this show is excellent and would be extremely sad to see it go.

SheilaJul 23, 200710I am very disappointed that the show was canceled. It was 1 of only 2 shows I looked forward to all week and Ive already started watching past episodes on myspace.

-
MaryM.Jul 9, 200710I enjoy the romance of Matt and Emily and I find the hostage negotiations interesting.

JC.Aug 10, 20079This was one of the only shows that I actually looked forward to... it was easy to get into the show with the actors involved.

-
MollyFNov 7, 200610Please keep this show. We enjoy the moonlighting banter between them and the new plot each week.

TeddyLSep 1, 200610Not sure what's wrong with the trades, it's pretty great.

-
veronicaSep 17, 20069great chemistry, tantalising crisis situations, good acting, and enough that's intriguing to keep me coming back every week.
-
-
RobCSep 20, 20068I really wanted to pass on this show, but guess what? The goofy FBI agents have chemistry! That's been missing in tv land for too long, so I'm willing to ignore the retread plot lines and neat wrap ups for a few sparks.

-
KarenKSep 28, 20063The first few episodes have been ok but I can't see this being maintained over the long haul.
-
-
marciarSep 5, 20067it was plausible, i liked it

KarenSSep 7, 20069I loved it. I am programing my Tivo so I dont miss it next week. I cant wait to see it agian.

-
MelissaDSep 7, 200610The critics must be watching a different show, because "Standoff" it great! It was especially good for a pilot.
-
-
BrandonSSep 7, 20062A standoff every week? That'll wear thin pretty fast. With such a limited premise, the show will be a bore within weeks. I doubt this makes it to the winter.

-
joshsSep 8, 200610better then most of the sutff they put on tv these days

-
ChanelleMFeb 10, 200710I watched every episode of this show and it,s one of my favorite. I love the romance between matt and emily!

edwarddApr 24, 200710I think this is a great show. Why would anyone like a cartoon better? I guess I don't get how some people think?
-
-
MikeTVNov 23, 20062I watched the first episode and looked forward to more. But then the next few ones came and I've stopped looking forward to any more. Badly written, badly directed and just plain bad. Fox seems to love these kinds of shows (cheap?).

PaulWNov 7, 20068So you may have to suspend disbelief - after all this is TV. But, there is plenty in this show that makes it entertaining in it's own unique way. If the writing can catch up with the quality of the cast, this show could be a real winner.

lizSep 11, 200610Keep me on the edge of my seat and wanting to know what will happen between these two love birds. KEEP IT GOING!!!
-
-
MichaelPSep 12, 20069Definitely worth the time watching. It is a new step for television into the hostage negotiation drama. Ron Livingston is entertaining in his step into drama. Forget the critics watch it for an edge of your seat drama thrill ride.

75The series' unique angle lends itself to interesting psychological drama as it explores the hows and whys of hostage negotiation - even as it dishes out a heavy helping of FOX's de rigueur hoppin' hormones.
-
20The series premiere suffers from a catalog of problems longer than most demand lists.
-
10An awkward pairing of adult relationship drama and procedural cop show, "Standoff" bombs on both counts.
