I can't even remember any of their names, thats how dull this was. Best character on the show was the teen wolfs love interest father hunter guy (the one who looked like Ben Folds lol). The worst had to be the teen wolfs best friend/comedic relief guy. Even though I will never watch another episode I'm still kinda hoping he dies, by the older hunter guy. And I bet that would be a hell of a lot more interesting than what they have in store for this show. Kudos for them showing some awesome gore bits tho. That was probably the best part. Thats why they get a 3 lol. Expand

As a Michael Fox-loving member of the demographic it targeted, I most certainly saw the 1985 film "Teen Wolf," but I don't remember much save it was a comedy and not very good. Teen Wolf, which premieres Sunday night on MTV, is also one of those two things and it is not a comedy.

The series generally gets the mood right but proves miserly in the details, from fleeting glimpses of the werewolf to Scott's eventual moon dance, which leaves him looking too much like Eddie Munster.

The very special scheduling is one of several ways the network has been signaling that it means serious business with this light and passably witty supernatural drama.
