Ótima temporada a melhor da serie apesar de ter um tom diferente das outras temporadas como pouquíssimos episódios mitológicos e os episódios dos monstros da semanas serem substituído por episódios de Tom mais leve e engraçado, esta nova mudança na minha opinião, foi ótima para a serie .

By this sixth season The X-Files mythology had started to become too complex for its own good, the writers desperately trying to offer long time viewers something without providing the complete closure that would potentially end the series. Apparently creator Chris Carter had a five year plan for the series and it becomes clear that from this point onwards elements of the mythology are being changed and stretched to keep things going. Having said all that this is still a great series of television featuring a number of memorable episodes. The writers generally opt for a lighter tone, particularly in the first half of this season, that demonstrate a great self-awareness of the shows established tropes and, most importantly, focus on the Mulder/Scully dynamic that has always been the real key to the shows success.
