It's becoming clear we're being charged for content that was obviously cut from the original release this one doesn't do anything story-wise which is so disappointing. The more I try to like destiny the more I end up hating it This isn't an expansion with only 3 pointless story missions and even more raids that I can't attempt due to lack of matchmaking for it. Screw them I don't care what that fat guy on IGN says I'm rating this 3 stars until they add matchmaking for the raids and I can actually experience them (still haven't play vault of glass F you bungie) I shouldn't have to add 40 random people to my friends list just to struggle to get a group of randoms together. moronic! Give us a matchmaking option or give me my money back.… Expand

I personally love the combat and atmosphere, and they really upped the ante with this sequel, the environments are beautiful and intricate. It's a work of art, only held back by rough story and flat characters. The action is the centerpiece here, but I can only wonder what these games would be like if they had a gripping story to go along with it.
The game gets an 8 from me, but loses a star due to semi-freuent stuttering and in one case really annoying crashes. If you didn't play the first one, consider picking this one up, it's even better.… Expand

I enjoyed Dead Space 3, but some aspects of it just felt lazy. This DLC further proves EA needs massive internal restructuring. Not only does this DLC fall short of the franchise, it's just short in general. It's not worth $10 at all. In fact, $10 for this is a completely joke. So why did I buy it anyways? I like my games to have a real ending.
DLC should be used to expand a game and add new content that fans want. It shouldn't be used to bully us into paying up for a genuine ending to a game we already bought. Do yourself a favor and watch this dlc on youtube. It will only take half and hour to watch and you won't be falling for EA's ploy to grab more… Expand

It's graphics are top notch and the combat system and enemies are extremely wellLet me start off by saying, Dead Space 3 is NOT a bad game. It's graphics are top notch and the combat system and enemies are extremely well done. The game is also very strong in the sound department, bringing back the classic dead space atmosphere. The gun customization is cool and the possibilities are pretty endless. That, however, is where the good ends. There is also a lot of bad in Dead space 3. Brace yourself. The enemies are too predictable, I shouldn't be able to expect when and where they will pop out but it becomes easy after a while. The plot is flimsy, and never really amounts to anything in the end. It becomes increasingly obvious that the devs were scrambling to finish this game because the levels feel barren and you feel like you are running through an unfinished game. Then, when you feel like the plot is going somewhere, they pull the rug out from beneath you and send you to credits.
That is, unless you buy Dead Space 3: Awakened (or should I call it Dead Space 3: Ending we forgot to include DLC). They give you an embarrassing 2 hours of gameplay filled with mind trips that should have been spread out throughout the game instead of all at the end. Compared to other DLC like say, Mass Effect: Citadel, you are not even coming close to getting your money's worth with this.
EA obviously cut their budget, and forced them to include a ridiculous amount of stupid dlc that doesn't do anything useful in game. It sucks, because they marred what could have been a goty release but instead what we got was a whole lot of backtracking through shoddy scary environments.
Let's just say I won't be trusting EA with a preorder of Dead Space 4, if they even decide to make it after this.… Expand

It doesn't change the ending, nor does it add anything to it. It's simply an extremely well done send off for some of the most loved characters of any modern video game.
The first half of this dlc is combat focused and has a hilariously awesome antagonist (I won't spoil it for you).
They give you a whole new area of the citadel to explore filled with old beloved characters, as well as an apartment for Shepard to hang out with all his friends during downtime. And there will be a lot of downtime later on, why not throw a party?
If you are even remotely a mass effect fan, this DLC is unquestionably one of the most fun to play. It's humor is some of the best bioware has ever put out and would be a complete shame to miss if you're a fan.… Expand

From it's interesting characters to even more fascinating enemies, this game's characters shine. Especially Lara, who's new younger personality was very exciting to play as, as she comes to terms with the terrible reality she and her crew are facing.
The Tomb Raider series desperately needed a reboot, and they completely exceeded expectations with this one. The combat is fun and brutal, and perfect balance of difficulty where the weapon you choose is just as important as how you use it.
This game will have you on the edge of your seat with each jump, and continue to impress you with many, many explosive action sequences. By far my favorite game of 2013 so far!… Expand
