You have to see this movie! It's a really compelling movie and executes it's emotional scenes very well and at times in the movie, you cheer for both brothers. Eventually throughout the movie, you get an idea of who's going to win but it's still satisfying to watch and this is such a great movie with great fighting and great performances by Tom Hardy, Joel Edgerton, and Nick Nolte.… Expand

Captain America: The First Avenger

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I came in to the theatres with high expectations and I loved it. The action is great and the ability to see Tony Stark's dad is really cool. The only thing I didn't like that it was rushed and Bucky's death was quick and over with. But I felt that Captain America was a really good guy and I think a movie is good when it can make you feel things about the characters. I think the ending was good with Captain America waking up in modern day New York and the last line in the movie with Captain America saying "I had a date" was really cool that he still thought about Peggy even after he's been asleep for 70 years. Anyways, this is a great movie and I can't wait for The Avengers.… Expand

I was really disapointed by this movie and all the good and funny stuff was in the Red-Band trailer. Don't get me wrong, Jesse Eisenberg's, Aziz Ansari's, and Michael Pena's performance were great with Michael Pena's being the most funniest and Jesse with the overall best performance. Aziz Ansari's was good too by the way. Anyways, I was expecting a lot from Ruben Fleischer because he'd already worked with Jesse Eisenberg on Zombieland (which is one of my favorite movies) but this is very disapointing. It's fairly watchable and it's a solid rental.… Expand

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

This part of the movie is much better than the first part even though I enjoyed the first part of Deathly Hallows. This second part has much more action and is a lot more watchable. It's a very good send-off of the Harry Potter books and watching Harry, Ron, and Hermonie grow up is so satisfying at the end.. The final movie has great dramatic scenes, great action, and well-executed tear-jerker scenes. This is a great way to end the series.… Expand

Fast Five

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is my favorite Fast & Furious movie. A lot of over the top action, funny lines, and an awesome performance by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The villain in the movie doesn't really make you hate him enough that you want him to die now. But it still satisfies you when he gets shot and dies even though the execution was very quick and is quickly forgotten after he dies. After the heist, you feel the weight when the cast tries to open the vault. When they open the vault, you actually feel happy for them. I did. And I'm glad they showed how the group spent their lives after their the heist. It's a really good movie and really enjoyable.… Expand

2 Fast 2 Furious

I remember when I was a kid and I loved it. Now that I'm older, I still like it. I know that it's not the best Fast and Furious movie but it's still enjoyable. The movie itself acknowledges that it's not supposed to be very serious or deep and that's fine because the way the action is executed is fantastic. So with all that said 2 Fast 2 Furious has great action and is a very enjoyable movie.… Expand

The first Iron Man was very good and enjoyable. Iron Man 2 was bigger than the first one. Bigger explosions, funny dialogue, and a great performance from Robert Downey Jr. as he basically embodied Tony Stark with an updated change to his character. But the sequel is no "The Dark Knight". I still enjoyed but I just felt like something was missing.… Expand

The Green Hornet

I saw this movie after I saw the trailer and I liked it. It's not very funny like Seth Rogen's last movies (Pineapple Express) but it's still enjoyable. It had good action and Kato made the movie better. I just think they should of changed Britt Reid's character. Seth Rogen could've proved people wrong and be a bad-ass but no, he had to make Britt an idiot and an **** I understand he was inexperienced but it could've worked out like Tony Stark in Iron Man. Not original but it's good storytelling. The end at The Daily Sentinel was enjoyable with Britt FINALLY kicking-ass. The very end could of been better. Anyways I still think the movie was enjoyable to watch. It's not the best movie but it had good action, Kato was awesome and it was entertaining.… Expand

This movie was ok. The movie goes too fast and it doesn't let the story and characters build up. It also introduces things or people and doesn't say what they are or who they are until later in the movie. Chis Brown's sequence where he's being chased by the cops was a great scene. T.I's character was too predictable but the last 30 minutes of the movie are really good. But it could of been better.… Expand
