Average User Score: 7.8Jan 26, 2013Don't tell me this is a good game: I geve it 5 only because i consider it quite... "indie", but if it were a standard game, I would have gave it 3 or 4. 1. The gameplay consists in a mish-mash of blades and spears, where you only have to slash everyone that came near you or you find uncovered (your teammates are among them); 2. It is difficult to make tactics if you are sourrounded: you are dead; 3. With these features, all melee virtuosoty become useless: just find an enemy overwhelmed and kill him.
I don't want to criticize the graphic too much: it is simply too heavy for his performance.
I also found the translation into my main lenguage quite bad and unfinished.… Expand
Average User Score: 8.3Jan 26, 2013I like this game a lot because of his setting and his particular gameplay, but I can't say it is flawless. First of all, the plot isn't so deep and some stages seem to be quite forced. Secondly, I found that the game seldom give the player a way to pull him out of a dangerous situation, even though he played safe and stealthy.
Aside from all the criticisms, I can't but promote this game because of the hope he gave to the next generetion of videogames: you needn't be part of a big saga in order to be good, you only have to be original and well-made.… Expand
Average User Score: 8.2Jan 26, 2013I really can't undrestand why peole say that this second enstalment is worse than the first. First of all the main questline is well-builded and it's not as commonplace as the original KOTOR was. Secondly, none can say that the gameplay has been worsened (in fact some features have been developed). Last but not least, the role of the main character has been rearranged in a better way: 1. you can empathise better, because of his obscure past (and considering he has not a real identity); 2. the choices he makes can rally change the course of galaxy history.
Considering how well-made KOTOR I was, I can't but promote this game with full-marks. I really think that people don't like this game only because they played the former before, and, unable to adapt to this one, they can't make a lucid analisys.… Expand
