MPAA RATING: R for language and some creature violence
Starring Radha Mitchell, Michael Vartan, John Jarratt, Heather Mitchell, Sam Worthington, Stephen Curry, and Mia Wasikoska
Greg McLean's first acclaimed tour de force, "Wolf Creek," took audiences on a frightening, fact based road trip through the darkest parts of Australian Outback and the depraved human mind. Journeying home again, this time to the crocodile infested waters of Australia's remote wetlands, the director's wildlife boat tour is more down-under "Jaws" than "Crocodile Dundee." Joining a beautiful local tour guide and an American writer on assignment, the rest of this thriller's food chain is composed of tourists and adventure seekers alike. Waiting in vain to be rescued on an ever-disappearing parcel of dry land, you will never guess their next moveā¦as terror lies just beneath the surface. (Third Rail Releasing)

this was one scary movie. i do not appeal to these type of movies but this was scary. this movie has jump out of your seat stuff. it not all that gory beside a couple of screens. this movie came to a surprise.
Joe T gave it a7:
A competent Crazy Croc flick (Lake Placid 1 + 2, Primeval, Eaten Alive, Alligator -- Yeah, it's a subgenre) that's not getting enough love out of the outback. It didn't quite put me through the ringer that was Wolf Creek, but still very much worth checking out.
Mark gave it a7:
This was a real surprise of a film. A friend asked me if I wanted to watch a movie about a giant crocodile and I thought it would be some terrible CGI crap fest. Quite the opposite. The film starts off looking like an episode of "Planet Earth" with lush beautiful scenery, then the giant crocodile comes into play and it becomes quite suspenseful. The movie has great pacing and the characters are believable. There's some gore, but it's not overdone, and the croc looks amazing - some of the best practical and CG work I've seen. Highly recommended (if the idea of a giant crocodile attacking tourists appeals to you).
Eric P. gave it a10:
A well made and skillfully acted "nature-run-amok" film directed by Aussie helmer Greg McClean of Wolf Creek fame.
Anthony B. gave it a10:
This is an awesome movie! It totally sends up the Jaws genre and it's really funny. Don't listen to the naysayers they take things too seriously.
Q gave it an8:
Oh, Amanda, did we see the same movie? I thought Rogue was a very nice surprise. The croc looked extremely real which made the movie for me... very creepy. Simple story but entertaining nonetheless. If you liked 'Alligator', which I also recommend, you will like Rogue for sure.
M K gave it a0:
It was very bad - Honestly do not see it - it's not scary, it's cheesy, bad bad cheese - worse than Kraft singles gone off. I liked his last film (Wolf Creek), this one is a shocker!
