Overall, Shadow and Bone Season 2 is more of a lackluster and uneven follow-up, but still remains an entertaining ride from start to finish.

All in all, Extraordinary is an enjoyable comedy with some funny moments and an endearing story at its heart. Maybe you won't laugh as much as you'd hoped, but you will have a fun ride regardless.

It really is an absolute thrill ride and a joy to watch. Season 2 takes what worked in the first season and expands upon it exponentially. With nearly every episode ending on a cliffhanger, your only complaint may be that you have to wait another week to see what happens next.

Even if the titular club seems cartoonishly campy from the outside looking in, and one could easily forget that these are real people, Welcome to Chippendales helps to remind us that they're only human in the end.

"Paranormal Rangers" probably freaked me out the most of all the episodes in Volume 3. ... "The Ghost in Apartment 14" starts out as the story of a haunting, but somewhere in the middle, it becomes an unsolved murder mystery as well. Even if you don't believe in ghosts, this story will captivate you — and probably make you squirm a little, honestly.

All in all, Season 5 is full of scarce highs and really low lows, lots of heavy-hitting drama, and emotional scenes. Some of the biggest events of this season lead to some pretty uncomfortable viewing, but viewers who stick with it will be rewarded with some huge moments that will have repercussions for the final season.

Overall, Season 3 of Never Have I Ever does a fantastic job of portraying the ups and downs of a year in the life of a teenage girl. It also sets up new love triangles/interests/struggles for the fourth and final season, and a few surprises for some of our beloved characters.

Though it's not perfect — there are some flashbacks that seem a bit out of place — the style and tone, the suspense, and the powerful and emotional performances of Egerton, Hauser, and Liotta in particular, all join together to make Black Bird something truly special.

Overall, The Summer I Turned Pretty is a fun summertime watch, the TV equivalent of "a beach read." Though not every moment is light and summery, it is a perfect ode to summer and young love.

Slow Horses is at its ultimate best when it focuses on Cartwright, Lamb, and Scott Thomas's Diana Taverner. ... If the series trimmed the fat, it would succeed at being a lot more compelling.
