▣ Song to Song Trailers
Terrence Malick's long-gestating film set within the Austin music scene is a rare critical miss, scoring some of the esteemed director's worst reviews of his career. That's despite a great ensemble cast that includes some big-name stars (Ryan Gosling, Rooney Mara, Michael Fassbender, Cate Blanchett, and Natalie Portman) and real-life musicians (Iggy Pop, Patti Smith, Lykke Li, Florence Welch, John Lydon, Flea, and The Black Lips).
▣ The Zookeeper's Wife Trailers
Based on a true story and adapted from Diane Ackerman’s 2007 book, this period drama tells the story of Antonina Zabinski (Jessica Chastain). In 1939 Poland, she and her husband, Dr. Jan Zabinski (Johan Heldenbergh), run the Warsaw Zoo, but when the Nazis invade, they are forced to report to the Reich’s newly appointed chief zoologist, Lutz Heck (Daniel Brühl). To fight back, Antonina and Jan join the resistance and save many lives. Niki Caro (Whale Rider) directs.

▣ Contemporary Color Trailers
Are you familiar with the performance-based art of color guard? Musician David Byrne wasn't, until a few years ago when he was sent a video of a performance. Byrne was hooked, and eventually staged a massive arena show in Brooklyn and Toronto pairing 10 color guard (and winter guard) teams with live music performed by the likes of St. Vincent, Nelly Furtado, tUnE-yArDs, How to Dress Well, Dev Hynes, Zola Jesus, and more. This concert film chronicles one of the Brooklyn shows.
▣ The Fate of the Furious Trailers
Following Furious 7 (the biggest hit in the franchise so far), the creative team hired F. Gary Gray (coming off his critical and box office hit Straight Outta Compton) to start a new trilogy that sees Dom (Vin Diesel) seduced to the dark side by a mysterious woman played by Charlize Theron. Despite rumors of on-set bickering between Diesel and Dwayne Johnson, expect the family to be back for at least two more installments.
▣ The Lost City of Z Trailers
The latest from director James Gray (The Immigrant, Two Lovers) tells the story of Lieutenant Colonel Percy Fawcett (Charlie Hunnam), a British explorer obsessed with finding a lost city deep in the Amazon. The decades-long quest takes a toll on his reputation and his life with his wife (Sienna Miller) and children. Robert Pattinson and Tom Holland also star.
▣ Norman: The Moderate Rise and Tragic Fall of a New York Fixer Trailers
Footnote director Joseph Cedar’s latest examination of Jewish life stars Richard Gere as the titular character, a hustler, whose gesture to an Israeli politician makes him an influential figure in the New York-Israeli community. As the title reveals, it’s not all roses for Gere’s Norman, but the actor has earned plenty of praise in early reviews and is supported by a strong cast that includes Lior Ashkenazi, Michael Sheen, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Steve Buscemi, Dan Stevens, Josh Charles, and Hank Azaria.
▣ A Quiet Passion Trailers
Director Terence Davies (The Deep Blue Sea) returns with a biopic about poet Emily Dickinson, played by both Cynthia Nixon and Emma Bell.
▣ Their Finest Trailers
Adapted by Gaby Chiappe from Lissa Evans’ novel Their Finest Hour and a Half and directed by Lone Scherfig, Their Finest focuses on a group of filmmakers tasked with making an inspirational film during the Blitz. Gemma Arterton stars as a female scriptwriter matched up with Sam Claflin to produce a film starring a pompous actor played by Bill Nighy in a performance praised by every critic regardless of their feelings toward the film in general.

▣ Buster's Mal Heart Trailers
Written and directed by Sarah Adina Smith, this mind-bending thriller stars Mr. Robot’s Rami Malek as a family man who becomes an eccentric mountain man running from the authorities. The supporting cast includes Kate Lyn Sheil as Buster’s wife and DJ Qualls as a conspiracy-obsessed drifter.
▣ Free Fire Trailers
When the latest from filmmaker Ben Wheatley (High Rise) kicked off the Midnight Madness section of the Toronto International Film Festival last year, most critics fell for the film’s mix of offbeat comedy and zany action, but some reviewers seemed to expect something a bit more perverse and/or substantial from the director. Regardless, his take on a weapons deal gone wrong starring Brie Larson, Armie Hammer, Sharlto Copley, Cillian Murphy, Noah Taylor, Jack Reynor, and Sam Riley has a chance to become a cult favorite.
▣ Kong: Skull Island Trailers
Starring Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, John Goodman, John C. Reilly, Samuel L. Jackson, Corey Hawkins, Jason Mitchell, Thomas Mann and Shea Whigham, Kong: Skull Island serves as yet another reboot of the King Kong franchise while building on the monster movie success of Warner Bros. and Legendary’s 2014 release Godzilla. Directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts (it's certainly a change of pace after his indie comedy debut The Kings of Summer), the film throws a team of explorers into an uncharted island in the Pacific that happens to be the domain of the mythic Kong.

▣ The Boss Baby Trailers
Directed by Tom McGrath (Madagascar 1, 2 and 3), the latest DreamWorks Animation 3D feature tells the story of 7-year-old Tim (voiced by Tobey Maguire) and his new briefcase-carrying baby brother (voiced by Alec Baldwin) as they attempt to foil the plot of evil Puppy Co. CEO Francis E. Francis (Steve Buscemi). The cast also features the voices of Miles Bahski, Jimmy Kimmel, and Lisa Kudrow.
▣ Ghost in the Shell Trailers
Since the casting of Scarlett Johansson in the lead role, controversy swirled around the live-action adaptation of the Japanese cyberpunk manga, which previously inspired multiple animated movies, TV series, games and books. The result was less awful than originally feared by some fans, though the film's visuals far outshine its other components. Directed by Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman), the film stars Johansson as The Major, a human-cyborg hybrid and leader of Section 9, a special task force devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals. The otherwise international cast also features Takeshi Kitano, Pilou Asbæk, Michael Pitt, Juliette Binoche, Kaori Momoi, Chin Han, Danusia Samal, Yutaka Izumihara, and Tuwanda Manyimo.
▣ Gifted Trailers
Leaving comic book movies behind after The Amazing Spider-Man 2, director Marc Webb ((500) Days of Summer) returns to his indie roots with this drama starring Chris Evans as a single man struggling to raise his talented young niece (Mckenna Grace). When the seven-year-old’s mathematical abilities come to the attention of her grandmother (Lindsay Duncan), she threatens to separate the two. Octavia Spencer and Jenny Slate also star.
