6/2: Good Witch (Hallmark) renewed for a 3rd season.

6/2: UnReal (Lifetime) renewed for a 3rd season ahead of its S2 premiere.

6/2: Cleverman (Sundance) renewed for a 2nd season.

6/1: Showtime has extended Homeland's renewal an extra 2 seasons, through season 8. The 6th season will debut in January. (A new season of Shameless will take its place in the fall.)

6/1: Outlander (Starz) renewed for 2 additional seasons, its 3rd and 4th.

6/1: Showtime has greenlit a 20-episode limited series, Purity, based on Jonathan Franzen's novel. Daniel Craig will star, and Todd Field (In the Bedroom) will direct all 20 episodes.

5/31: FX has ordered Legion, an X-Men series from Fargo's Noah Hawley. Eight episodes will air in 2017, with a cast that includes Dan Stevens and Aubrey Plaza.

5/31: Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of women's wrestling comedy G.L.O.W. (a fictionalized take on the 1980s league/TV show) from OITNB creator Jenji Kohan.

5/31: Transparent (Amazon) has been renewed for a 4th season ahead of its S3 debut this fall.

5/26: Lifetime has renewed Project Runway for 3 additional seasons (through season 18) and has also picked up the show's All Stars spinoff for 2 more seasons and its Junior version for 1 season.

5/26: Peaky Blinders has been renewed for 2 additional seasons (its 4th and 5th) in the UK. Season 3 comes to the USA next week on Netflix.

5/25: The recently canceled Limitless (CBS) was unable to find a home on a different network and will not continue.

5/25: The Americans (FX) renewed for 2 additional seasons, its 5th (13 episodes) and 6th (10 episodes). The series will end with season 6 in 2018.

5/24: Epix has ordered a new series based on the Elmore Leonard novel and movie Get Shorty, expected to debut in the summer of 2017.

5/23: Another Period (Comedy Central) renewed for a 3rd season ahead of its S2 premiere.

5/20: Damien (A&E) canceled after 1 season.

5/19: The CW has revealed its 2016-17 lineup, including details on 3 new shows.

5/18: CBS has ordered an untitled Good Wife spinoff (centering on Christine Baranski's Diane Lockhart character) for next season as a CBS All Access exclusive.

5/18: CBS has revealed its 2016-17 lineup, including details on all 8 new shows.

5/18: Limitless (CBS) likely will not return to CBS for a 2nd season, but the network is trying to find it a new home elsewhere.

5/17: Jimmy Kimmel Live! (ABC) has been extended through fall 2019.

5/17: House of Lies (Showtime) canceled after 5 seasons. The finale will air on June 12.

5/17: ABC has revealed its 2016-17 lineup, including details on all 9 new shows.

5/16: Rush Hour (CBS) canceled after 1 season.

5/16: CBS has renewed most of its remaining bubble shows, including Code Black, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, The Odd Couple, and Undercover Boss. The network has not yet made a decision on Limitless or Rush Hour.

5/16: Amazon has ordered the British comedy series Fleabag to stream this fall on its Prime service. Brett Gelman and Olivia Colman star.

5/16: Fox has revealed its 2016-17 lineup, including details on all 12 new shows.

5/15: The Carmichael Show (NBC) renewed for a 13-episode 3rd season.

5/15: NBC has revealed its 2016-17 lineup, including details on all 15 new shows. The fates of The Carmichael Show and The Biggest Loser are still up in the air, with a decision on the former expected Monday.

5/14: The Mysteries of Laura (NBC) canceled after 2 seasons.

5/14: CBS has ordered the Katherine Heigl/Laverne Cox legal drama Doubt for next season.

5/14: NBC has ordered a spinoff from The Blacklist (entitled The Blacklist: Redemption) for next season.

5/13: Recovery Road (Freeform) canceled after 1 season.

5/13: Running Wild with Bear Grylls (NBC) renewed for a 3rd season.

5/13: NBC has ordered the time travel drama Timeless and the Marlon Wayans sitcom Marlon. The network has also confirmed the order of the previously announced comedy from 30 Rock's Tina Fey, Robert Carlock and Tracey Wigfield, now titled Great News.

5/13: The Hollywood Reporter reports that the just-canceled Nashville could resurface at another network.

5/13: Heartbeat (NBC) canceled after 1 season.

5/13: NBC has ordered a new drama series based on Charlaine Harris’ Midnight, Texas book trilogy.

5/13: Fox has officially canceled first-year dramas Minority Report and Second Chance.

5/13: Crowded (NBC) canceled after 1 season.

5/13: Undateable (NBC) canceled after 3 seasons.

5/13: Telenovela (NBC) canceled after 1 season.

5/13: Sleepy Hollow (Fox) renewed for a 4th season.

5/13: Game of Silence (NBC) canceled after 1 season.

5/13: CBS has announced more series pickups for 2016-17: a reboot of MacGyver, an adaptation of the film Training Day, Joel McHale comedy The Great Indoors, medical drama Pure Genius, Matt LeBlanc comedy Man With a Plan, and Bull, a drama starring Michael Weatherly as Dr. Phil. The network previously confirmed an earlier series order for Kevin James comedy Kevin Can Wait.

5/13: Last Man Standing (ABC) renewed for a 6th season.

5/13: Faking It (MTV) canceled after 3 seasons.

5/13: ABC has ordered the Minnie Driver comedy Speechless for next season.

5/12: ABC has ordered Piper Perabo crime drama Notorious and Jenna Elfman comedy Imaginary Mary for next season.

5/12: Dr. Ken (ABC) renewed for a 2nd season. The comedy was the lowest-scoring new network series of 2015-16.

5/12: NBC has added dramedy This Is Us to its schedule next season. More details on this and other new shows to come on Sunday.

5/12: Cooper Barrett’s Guide To Surviving Life (Fox) has also been officially canceled.

5/12: Fox has canceled first-year sitcoms Grandfathered and The Grinder (plus animated series Bordertown).

5/12: Galavant (ABC) canceled after 2 seasons.

5/12: The Muppets (ABC) canceled after 1 season.

5/12: ABC has also ordered the new comedies Downward Dog (based on the web series) and The Second Fattest Housewife in Westport (though that title is likely to change) for next season, along with time travel drama Time After Time (loosely based on the novel and 1979 film).

5/12: Castle (ABC) canceled after 8 seasons.

5/12: Marvel's Agent Carter (ABC) canceled after 2 seasons. Hayley Atwell will instead join the soapy legal drama Conviction, which ABC just ordered to series for next season.

5/12: American Crime (ABC) renewed for a 3rd season.

5/12: The Family (ABC) canceled after 1 season.

5/12: The Catch (ABC) renewed for a 2nd season.

5/12: ABC has ordered a new series from Shonda Rhimes for next season. Still Star-Crossed serves as a continuation of the story in Romeo and Juliet.

5/12: The Real O'Neals (ABC) renewed for a 2nd season.

5/12: Nashville (ABC) canceled after 4 seasons.

5/12: NBC has ordered Chicago Justice, a new spinoff based on last night's episode of Chicago PD.

5/12: The CW has announced its first series pickups for 2016-17, ordering Riverdale (a modern-day, live action drama based on Archie Comics), an adaptation of the film Frequency, and No Tomorrow, a dramedy from the producers of Jane the Virgin.

5/12: Containment (CW) canceled after 1 season.

5/12: Supergirl (CBS) has been renewed for a 2nd season, but will move to The CW.

5/12: CSI: Cyber (CBS) canceled after 2 seasons, completely ending the CSI franchise after 16 years.

5/11: NBC has begun its 2016-17 announcements with the pickups of 2 new comedies: Powerless (set in the DC Comics universe) and the quirky legal series Trial & Error. (More details to come on Sunday.)

5/11: Life in Pieces (CBS) renewed for a 2nd season.

5/10: Fox has ordered six new series for next season: Chicago cop drama APB, adaptations of films Lethal Weapon and The Exorcist, a drama about MLB's first female major leaguer (Pitch), time-travel comedy Making History, and Kaitlin Olson comedy The Mick. (Look for details about these and other newly announced shows in our TV Upfronts coverage beginning Sunday.)

5/6: Criminal Minds (CBS) renewed for a 12th season. The network has not yet decided the fate of its spinoff series Beyond Borders.

5/5: FX has ordered yet another Ryan Murphy anthology series. The first season of Feud will focus on the rivalry between Joan Crawford (Jessica Lange) and Bette Davis (Susan Sarandon), and is set for 2017.

5/5: Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of the comedy series Dear White People, based on Justin Simien's acclaimed 2014 film, to debut in 2017.

5/4: Fox has ordered 13 episodes of a live-action outer space dramedy from Seth MacFarlane (who will star) for the 2017-18 season.

5/4: The Mindy Project (Hulu) renewed for a 5th season.

5/4: The Path (Hulu) renewed for a 2nd season.

5/2: No, You Shut Up! (Fusion) has been canceled in the middle of its 4th season.

4/29: The Ranch (Netflix) renewed for a 2nd season, to stream in 2017.

4/29: Hulu has ordered 10 episodes of a new drama series based on Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid’s Tale, with Elisabeth Moss to star. It should debut in 2017.

4/29: Netflix has ordered Marvel's The Punisher, a spinoff from Daredevil centering on Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle. It is the 6th Marvel series ordered by the streaming service.

4/28: Nat Geo has ordered its first scripted series, the anthology Genius. Season 1 will air next spring and will be based on Walter Isaacson's book "Einstein: His Life and Universe," with Ron Howard directing.

4/28: ABC has added an Alec Baldwin-hosted revival of The Match Game to its summer primetime schedule.

4/27: Fox has given early orders to 2 new drama series for next season: 24: Legacy (a sequel to 24 featuring a new cast), and Star (another music-related drama from Empire creator Lee Daniels).

4/27: Netflix has ordered 8 episodes of Wet Hot American Summer - Ten Years Later, to stream in 2017.

4/26: Fox has canceled its new summer comedy Famous prior to the start of filming.

4/25: Underground (WGN) renewed for a 10-episode 2nd season.

4/21: Greenleaf (OWN) renewed for a 13-episode 2nd season ahead of its 6/21 premiere.

4/21: HBO has renewed Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley, and Veep ahead of their Sunday premieres.

4/20: The Shannara Chronicles (MTV) renewed for a 2nd season.

4/20: Crackle has ordered a new series adaptation of Guy Ritchie's film Snatch.

4/20: Showtime has picked up John Ridley's 6-episode 1970s drama Guerrilla, to star Idris Elba.

4/15: F Is for Family (Netflix) renewed for a 2nd season.

4/15: Fear the Walking Dead (AMC) renewed for a 16-episode 3rd season.

4/14: Spike has ordered a 10-episode adaptation of Stephen King's The Mist for 2017.

4/14: TNT has officially ordered a 10-episode revival of Tales From the Crypt, which last ran on HBO in 1996, with M. Night Shyamalan producing. It will debut in 2017.

4/13: Cooper Barrett’s Guide To Surviving Life (Fox) has been pulled from the schedule with 3 episodes remaining. It is unclear when/if the show will return.

4/13: Girlfriends Guide to Divorce (Bravo) renewed for 3 additional seasons (its 3rd, 4th, and 5th).

4/12: New Girl (Fox) renewed for a 6th season.

4/12: Man Seeking Woman (FXX) renewed for a 10-episode 3rd season, to air in 2017.

4/11: Episodes (Showtime) will return for a 5th and final season in 2017.

4/11: The CW has ordered an 8-episode revival of the sketch comedy series MADtv, which last aired in 2009 on Fox.

4/11: Degrassi: Next Class (Netflix) renewed for a 2nd season, to stream in July.

4/7: Fox has renewed first-year dramas Lucifer and Rosewood.

4/6: FYI's new talk show Kocktails With Khloé has been canceled; the 14th and final episode airs 4/20.

4/6: Spotless (Esquire) renewed for a 2nd season.

4/6: The Detour (TBS) renewed for a 2nd season ahead of its series premiere next week.

4/5: Grimm (NBC) renewed for a 6th season.

4/5: Bajillion Dollar Propertie$ (Seeso) renewed for a 2nd season, to stream this fall.

4/4: Fox has ordered 10 episodes of a new sitcom, Famous, to debut in June.

4/4: Season 1 of Full Frontal With Samantha Bee (TBS) has been extended by 26 episodes (through the end of 2016).

4/1: Bosch (Amazon) renewed for a 3rd season.

4/1: HBO has ordered a series adaptation of Gillian Flynn's novel Sharp Objects, to star Amy Adams and be directed by Jean-Marc Vallee.

4/1: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FXX) renewed for 2 additional seasons, its 13th and 14th.

3/30: Moonbeam City (Comedy Central) canceled after 1 season.

3/29: Comedy Central has renewed Drunk History, This Is Not Happening, and Tosh.0. In addition, the network has extended the current debut season of Not Safe With Nikki Glaser by 10 episodes, and confirmed its previously reported order for a third and final season of Review.

3/25: Togetherness (HBO) canceled after 2 seasons.

3/25: CBS has renewed 11 shows: 2 Broke Girls, The Amazing Race, Blue Bloods, Elementary, Hawaii Five-0, Madam Secretary, Mom, NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans, Scorpion, and Survivor. (The network has not yet made a decision on CSI: Cyber, Criminal Minds, or any of its first-year shows, so those aren't necessarily canceled.)

3/24: Fox has renewed comedies Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Last Man on Earth.

3/24: Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of Maniac, a dark comedy (based on a Norwegian series) starring Emma Stone and Jonah Hill, directed in its entirety by Cary Fukunaga.

3/18: Netflix has ordered Santa Clarita Diet, a new comedy series from Better Off Ted creator Victor Fresco, for 2017. Timothy Olyphant and Drew Barrymore will star.

3/17: Of Kings and Prophets (ABC) canceled and pulled from the schedule after just 2 episodes aired.

3/17: Vikings (History) renewed for a 20-episode 5th season, to air in 2017.

3/16: Dark Net (Showtime) renewed for a 2nd season.

3/16: Gotham (Fox) renewed for a 3rd season.

3/16: Person of Interest (CBS) canceled. A fifth/final season will air this summer, beginning 5/3.

3/15: Better Call Saul (AMC) renewed for a 10-episode 3rd season.

3/15: Sundance has acquired the rights to the acclaimed Italian crime series Gomorrah, and will air the first season this summer.

3/14: Little Big Shots (NBC) renewed for a 2nd season.

3/14: Outcast (Cinemax) renewed for a 2nd season well in advance of its June debut.

3/14: Shadowhunters (Freeform) renewed for a 2nd season.

3/11: Switched at Birth (Freeform) will end after this summer's fifth season.

3/11: The CW has unexpectedly renewed its entire current lineup. Coming back next season are The 100, Arrow, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, iZombie, Jane the Virgin, The Originals, Reign, Supernatural, and The Vampire Diaries. One or more of those shows may not return until summer 2017, however.

3/11: Outsiders (WGN) renewed for a 2nd season.

3/10: Royal Pains (USA) will end with a short (8-episode) 8th season, which debuts on May 18.

3/9: FX has ordered 10 episodes of Trust, a new series based on the 1973 kidnapping of John Paul Getty III from Danny Boyle and Simon Beaufoy.

3/9: Mercy Street (PBS) renewed for a 6-episode 2nd season, to air in 2017.

3/8: Into the Badlands (AMC) renewed for a 10-episode 2nd season, to air in 2017.

3/8: Chef's Table (Netflix) renewed for 3 additional seasons. S2 will stream in May; S3 later in 2016, and S4 in 2017.

3/7: Young & Hungry (Freeform) renewed for a 4th season.

3/4: Kevin From Work (Freeform) canceled after 1 season.

3/4: Childrens Hospital (Adult Swim) will end with the current season.

3/3: ABC has also renewed reality shows The Bachelor, Shark Tank, Dancing with the Stars, and AFV.

3/2: AMC has ordered The Terror, a 10-episode adaptation of Dan Simmons' 19th century novel, to air in 2017.

2/29: NCIS (CBS) renewed for 2 additional seasons, its 14th and 15th.

2/28: Mad Dogs (Amazon) canceled after 1 season.

2/26: Satisfaction (USA) canceled after 2 seasons.

2/25: Bones (Fox) renewed for a 12-episode 12th season, which will be the show's last.

2/24: HBO will not be moving forward with Codes of Conduct, a miniseries from Steve McQueen that the network greenlit last year.

2/23: Superstore (NBC) renewed for a 2nd season.

2/23: VH1 has picked up America's Next Top Model, which was recently canceled by the CW after 22 seasons. The show will have a new host when it moves to the cable network.

2/23: Baskets (FX) renewed for a 2nd season, to debut in early 2017.

2/18: Vinyl (HBO) renewed for a 2nd season despite relatively low ratings for Sunday's premiere episode.

2/18: Review (Comedy Central) will end with an abbreviated third season (episode count tbd), by mutual decision of star Andy Daly and the network.

2/16: Unforgettable (A&E) canceled for a third time. This one looks like it will stick.

2/11: Master of None (Netflix) renewed for a 2nd season, though it won't stream until 2017.

2/11: AMC has ordered a new late-night pop culture talk show, Geeking Out, to be hosted by Kevin Smith and Greg Grunberg. It is expected to debut in July.

2/10: USA has ordered a new drama series, Shooter, based on the 2007 film. Ryan Phillippe takes over the role created by Mark Wahlberg in the film.

2/9: Mozart in the Jungle (Amazon) renewed for a 3rd season.

2/8: Angel From Hell (CBS) canceled after 5 episodes; it has been pulled from the schedule and will no longer air.

2/8: The Magicians (Syfy) renewed for a 2nd season.

2/7: The Good Wife (CBS) has been canceled (via Super Bowl commercial). The series will end its 7-season run in May.

2/5: Shades of Blue (NBC) renewed for a 2nd season.

2/5: Orange Is the New Black (Netflix) renewed for 3 additional seasons, its 5th, 6th, and 7th.

2/4: Fox has ordered Party Over Here, a new SNL competitor from the Lonely Island and Paul Scheer. The sketch series launches next month.

2/4: Colony (USA) renewed for an expanded 2nd season of 13 episodes.

2/3: WGN has canceled the critically acclaimed drama Manhattan after 2 seasons.

2/3: Syfy has ordered 13 episoIdes of futuristic drama series Incorporated for the fall.

2/1: NBC has renewed Law & Order: SVU for an 18th season and Chicago Med for a 2nd.

2/1: Fox has finally renewed So You Think You Can Dance. Its 13th season debuts 5/30.

1/29: Finding Carter (MTV) canceled after 2 seasons.

1/28: House of Cards (Netflix) has been renewed for a 5th season ahead of its S4 premiere, but series creator Beau Willimon will no longer be involved with the show.

1/26: Billions (Showtime) renewed for a 2nd season.

1/21: HBO has ordered the new comedy series Crashing, created by and starring Pete Holmes and directed and produced by Judd Apatow.

1/20: Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of sci-fi series Altered Carbon, based on Richard Morgan's novel.

1/19: HBO has greenlit The Deuce, a new drama series from The Wire creator David Simon set in New York's porn industry in the 1970s/'80s. James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal star.

1/19: Lip Sync Battle (Spike) renewed for a 20-episode 3rd season, to launch later this year.

1/19: USA has ordered a new crime drama, Eyewitness, based on the Norwegian series Øyevitne.

1/17: Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix) renewed for a 3rd season ahead of its S2 premiere.

1/17: Marvel's Jessica Jones (Netflix) renewed for a 2nd season.

1/15: Empire (Fox) renewed for a 3rd season.

1/14: USA has ordered Falling Water, a new drama series from the Rubicon team of Blake Masters and the late Henry Bromell.

1/13: Heroes Reborn (NBC) will not continue past this season.

1/13: Late Night With Seth Meyers (NBC) has been extended for 5 additional years.

1/12: Showtime has ordered I'm Dying Up Here, an hourlong dramedy set in L.A.'s stand-up comedy scene in the 1970s that will star Melissa Leo and Ari Graynor.

1/12: Shameless (Showtime) renewed for a 12-episode 7th season.
