Comic Workshop provides some simple and effective tools to create comics on the 3DS. It’s not a full-fledged comic book maker but it provides a very helpful assistance, even if the small screen of the 3DS will demand a high degree of precision from the user.
A great software to make comics on your 3DS, but you must be an expert. No drawing lessons here.
