    Those who played CRUSH back when it was released for the PSP in 2007, know how unique and challenging it is. Fast forward to 2012 and we get a 3DS upgrade. But whilst CRUSH was (and still is) a good platformer that's quite intriguing, the 3DS version doesn't complement its status as a remake too well. There is still a heavy lack of content to be found outside the single player game. YouThose who played CRUSH back when it was released for the PSP in 2007, know how unique and challenging it is. Fast forward to 2012 and we get a 3DS upgrade. But whilst CRUSH was (and still is) a good platformer that's quite intriguing, the 3DS version doesn't complement its status as a remake too well. There is still a heavy lack of content to be found outside the single player game. You may think that the 97 collectible robes may warrant a good deal of your time, but it's just window dressing. In fact that sums up the whole game a bit too well. Whether its the 3D effect, which is cohesive but nothing mind blowing, or the asides including trophies, memories and the aforementioned robes- CRUSH 3D still feels like a lazy remake. The graphical sheen isn't as sharp with cutscenes that have garish overlays that don't present the original's sparkling colour. But to newcomers, this platformer is a treat with mind bending puzzles and potent 2D/3D platforming which is short but ever so sweet.… Expand

    I am surprised at the Metacritic average. As someone who adored Pushmo (best game on the 3DS?) I found Crush3D a natural extension. Its mechanic is brilliant and the gameplay is both tight and challenging. If it was an indie game it would be getting RAVE reviews.

    Visually it doesn't stand out (which is likely THE reason for the lower Metacritic score). Notably the 3D is put to good use    I am surprised at the Metacritic average. Notably the 3D is put to good use with the spatial puzzles, but nothing else is overly impressive visually. However, where it really counts, gameplay, Crush 3D shines! If you enjoy platforming with some good challenging puzzles thrown in I *HIGHLY* recommend the game. It provides the kind of depth of gameplay that simply cannot be done anywhere other than a dedicated handheld gaming system.

    A game I missed on the PSP ported over, but feels like it was meant for the 3DS. The gameplay is fantastic, mostly puzzle solving, with a little platforming thrown in. The story is quirky and entertaining, the visuals decent. The 3D adds only a nice touch, nothing more. I'd recommend this game to anyone wanting a fun puzzle adventure.

    This is great little title that offers sum unique gameplay and host of unlockables. while not new or anything it has had new coat of paint and with the 3D effect turn on game jumps into other dimension all of its own!

    with 4 worlds ranging from city, beach, funfair, nursery and over 100 levels to play through. plus there lots to collect like different design dressing gowns, challenge    This is great little title that offers sum unique gameplay and host of unlockables. while not new or anything it has had new coat of paint and with the 3D effect turn on game jumps into other dimension all of its own!

    The most mind-boggling game I have EVER played, CRUSH 3D will have you use 100% of your brain to figure out how to get all of the items on the stage... BUT, if you DON'T want to 100% it... It's pretty easy. But I STRONGLY recommend you DO. Just like Mario Vs. DK: Minis on the Move. At least, the castle parts.

    71? 71?! This game deserves a much, MUCH higher score than 71! As someone that heard of the PSP original, but never got to play it, I was really looking forward to this, and boy I wasn't disappointed, it's an outstanding puzzle game with a brilliant new mechanic that is not only incredibly original, but so geniously crafted into the levels that it makes it a must-play for anyone with a PSP or 3DS.

    If you're coming from the PSP version, you've already seen everything here, and the best thing you can do is hope that this sells well enough to warrant a well-deserved sequel.

    Again, the difficulty curve is sharp at times and inconsistent, though for a discount release, this is a fun and quirky little experience. The story is amusing and deeper, albeit forgettable, than one might think. Easy to pick up, difficult yet engrossing, and a simple story worth the giggles?
