Craft your own realm in stunning randomly generated worlds in Cube Creator 3D. You can also gather resources, combine elements, explore & combat strange creatures to survive in this expansive, cubic domain.

Creative Mode allows you to explore worlds in true Stereoscopic 3D. The dual-screen presentation keeps your resource inventory free from cluttering the gameplay screen. Easy-to-use touchscreen controls make the open-world gameplay better than ever. Break-through dynamic lighting & effects positions Cube Creator 3D a cube above the rest.

In Survival Mode, players can explore, craft, mine, & battle in forest, desert, mountain, & tundra-themed worlds. To start, you must use only your bare hands to gather resources to then craft tools & weapons, & to build protective shelters. Building better tools & weapons allows you to explore caves, mine their precious ores, & combat the many malicious monsters. Craft, explore and conquer these voxel worlds.

But for a game that wishes to fill the need of those who want the Minecraft experience on the 3DS, this is probably one of the best to succeed in that regard.

As its own experience, Cube Creator 3D stands up well as an entertaining experience.

Cube Creator 3D might not be the grand Minecraft experience that everyone was anticipating, but it is a very solid game in it’s own right.

Cube Creator 3D was an interesting attempt to bring the Minecraft experience over to the Nintendo 3DS. While not offering anything overly new, it gets the interface right and makes use of the hardware well.

Whilst Cube Creator 3D isn’t exactly a terrible game, serving its purpose as a 3DS sandbox builder well, I just can’t recommend the game due to how limited it is. If, in the future, an update added more building materials then I would be able to recommend it, but in its current state then I’d warn against buying the game.

Cube Creator is a good game for the creative mode but the survival mode leaves much to be desired. I have played about 5 hours on survival and it seemed to easy to build the best weapons. I already have gold everything but on Cube Life I barely have middle level weapons and I am 20+ hours into that game's survival mode.

The AI of the enemies in survival is pretty weak. The bears can be annoying in groups but the other enemies are easy to defeat because you can run circles around them and hit them.

The selection of material and tools is good for a 3DS game I guess. I wish I had more options but that is just me wanting more to do in the game.

Creative mode is great but I personally don't like that aspect of these type of games. I love seeing the things other people put up on Miiverse, but I don't get into creating things like others do.

I also wish this game had some multiplayer so my son and I can do some co-op with our 3DSs.

If you are into Minecraft type games, and you want one on your 3DS, then this is a good buy. It won't blow your mind at how amazing it is but it will entertain you for several hours.

This game was not that, yes it has blocks but it feels more like an unfinished game than anything else. The controls are bad, mechanics don't work, the graphics are just off. They literally just had to rip off minecraft and I would have been happy and no one can deny that's what they tried to do. They tried too much to make it a different game though. I also have to complain that trees don't despawn on their own which is a pretty important feature in minecraft. Expand
