Jett Rocket II is a solid game that offers a lot in a seemingly small package.
While the prequel was a pure 3D platformer, Jett Rocket II tries to add a little variety with some 2D/3D gameplay and purely 2D levels. Surprisingly these 2D levels, reminiscent of Mega Man, are the best of the bunch, with a great level design and a touch of old school difficulty.
Taking cues from Sonic, Mario, and other platforming greats, Jett Rocket II is an enjoyable, if flawed, variety-filled adventure.
A gorgeous looking action and platforming adventure with a 2D and 3D mixed gameplay. A bit in the short side, though.
This old-fashioned platformer draws its motivation mainly from the steep learning curve and the high difficulty level.
Jett Rocket manages to leave a positive impression, but the challenge is prejudiced by an incapable gameplay.
I don't think I've ever played a game as soulless of Jett Rocket 2.
