Embark on a new Yoshi adventure in a world made from yarn, cloth and textiles. Explore the world by using yarn to weave wool platforms and warp pipes to reach new areas, and gleefully unravel its secrets and puzzles by pulling yarn walls apart. Add a little color to Yoshi's life with a spectrum of yarn balls. Then team up with a friend to have a ball together in this wild and woolly world.

"This Yoshi's port is remarkable in each of every part of the game. The level design continues to be superb, and the handheld environment feels as pure as the original. Probably the best Yoshi's adventure ever seen in a handheld." ... Read full review

"I'd first encourage you to play the Wii U version if you have the means, but if you don't own a Wii U, this 3DS take is still great. [Issue #26 – March/April 2017, p.73]"

While the port offers little for the main mode, it offers much more in side modes; such as the Poochy levels, additional amiibo support, 31 animated shorts and the ability to create your own Yoshi designs. While it seems like little details that could've (and probably should've) been in the Wii U version, those little details are what makes the 3DS version just as good as the Wii U version. All the Wii U's content is present, making it a packed game with more to enjoy. Of course, the graphics can't compare to the Wii U version, but if you're the type of person who cares more about a game's content over it's looks, then this is easily a must have for the 3DS and even worth the second time around if you've already played the Wii U version. personally i think it is a good game but for some reason i think that it doesn't live up to the Nintendo standards. I think it is a great gamepersonally i think it is a good game but for some reason i think that it doesn't live up to the Nintendo standards. I think it is a great game for kids but it might be a little complicated. it takes a lot of time to get used to the controls for me and I think that it is too expensive. if you have a wii u you should not buy this version of the game. just get the wii u version instead. Personally I hate the idea to kill a wiiu exclusive, perhaps it didn't sell well. I hate that because it's similar with Mario Maker, they offer the same game mechanics but with LESS features because these games were designed for a home console. Although If you skipped Woolly World on Wii U, Poochy & Yoshi’s Woolly World offers what is essentially a straight port... don't bother if you already own the Wii U version Expand
