Triforce Heroes is a fantastic Zelda experience that combines the hectic nature of Super Mario Bros.

The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes can occasionally get tedious when playing alone, but the multiplayer is one of the greatest handheld co-op experiences around.

Clever puzzles, fun boss fights and crazy costumes make for a charming and enjoyable experience. However, there are too many things that can go wrong to easily recommend the game to those who may not have a dedicated group of local friends to play with.

The game has its flaws, but when the elements come together this is an amazing Zelda-title that mixes in the best things out of Four Swords. Working together is fun, but it does get boring after a while. To be frank, the matchmaking is bad, there are connectivity issues and this causes so much frustration that it ruins the rest of the game.

The puzzles are well implemented, but nonetheless it would have worked wonders if Nintendo had given more time to TriForce Heroes in order to polish the gem that’s hiding under the surface.

Tri Force Heroes can be a thrill when played with a group of three friends. But try playing it solo or with just one pal, and things might not be so fun.

Nintendo had a fantastic idea with Tri Force Heroes, but the premise is underserved and undermined by some fundamental design issues and shaky online infrastructure. It's nothing short of a tragedy to wait a whole decade for another multiplayer Zelda and receive what feels like a largely unfinished idea with great potential.

Its as simple as that people, stop grading this game based on when it is at its worst. its a good solid Zelda game with nice dungeons, a neat little story and a very nice little hub world filled with nice characters. What makes this game good or bad is your tolerance for people. (and I love people so I am giving it a 9)

    Pros
+Three player based but also supports single player
+Multiple costumes to choose with different abilities and appearances
+8 areas with 4 levels each with extra optional challenges
    +Challenging and fun puzzles
+Skip feature for those who get stuck, also works against boss battles

    Cons
-Single player raises difficulty/challenge curve a lot
-Due to the fact that the game is based entirely on MP, SP content is low
-Unlocking costumes require a lot of grinding/replaying levels
-Lacks two player option, stuck to 1 player or 3 player
-MP is bare bones when it comes to options

I should not have to check to see whether or not I can play with just two players when the back of the box says I can, but clearly I should have taken my phone out and looked it up.
