If you enjoy shooting, fast paced action, and beautiful environments, Bullet Witch should be a winner for you or, at the very least, will give you hours of pure entertainment.
i love this game it so funny to play i like using spell calling for storm lighting meteor strike tornado love it if atari make another bullet witch game i would love it
Many would tell you that this game is bad. However, I am here to say that it isn't as bad as everyone says. The overall plot is good, it's the dialog that's terrible. The graphics are great for it's time and the sound effects are amazing. The spells are cool and the gunplay is solid. Though the controls can be clunky, it's usually not a problem. This game is cheap too, usually only about 5 bucks. Overall this game is worth it.
An average third-person action game the leads you by the nose and doesn't give you too many choices to make. You'll spend the bulk of your time battling the same bad guys, killing walnut heads to unlock areas and occasionally battling some pretty impressive bosses.
Bulletwitch was a game with high-loads of potential as soon as it stepped its way on the shelf of the game stores, sadly it didn't sell too well, only going above 25.000 units sold the game just didn't make it, the A.I was alright but poor at the same time, Graphics were slightly shabby for the game year when the graphics should have been better, that's what everyone else says, but now its my opinion.
Bulletwitch was my favorite game when I was about 7 years old when it first came out and always gave me a hard challenge, even on the easiest difficulty, the adventure willing world brought me a good game to play back then, but some of the world design was done slightly poorly, but the game had an Interesting story, as well as Characters, spells and gun-rod designs, the A.I wasn't that bad in my opinion.
Now, I'm rating this a '7' due to my own Enjoyment and the problems/pro's with this game.
I actually find this game surprisingly fun. It's also pretty difficult to review I think.
On the one hand, it's graphically a bit rough with a slightly choppy framerate, the gameplay is simple, the storyline is fairly simple, the enemies are a bit cheesy.
On the other, it's actually very fun and captivating, with some eye-catching, challenging and highly enjoyable battles and stages, compelling and engaging level structure despite its simplicity, great supermoves, a memorable protagonist, and is overall a game that I played from start to finish without even planning to (I simply got hooked).
It's a quality title. I just wish I knew why!!
This game was made by the developers of Resident Evil Dead aim dragonguard and nier is truly amazing to see what they did on the first try on the Xbox 360 and it is a marvellous experience to play.
The gameplay is hard but also simple it's weird, but it is really enjoyable to play it while listening to a podcast this is what this gameplay is meant for.
The graphics look so good. Everything is shiny. The grass is shiny the buildings a shiny you can hear Xbox 360 fighting to put all these graphics on the screen. It's f****** amazing.
The story is video game cheese, it is amazing. You will feel like you're watching a stupid anime Ova from the 80s and 90s. It will be amazingly fun and the voice acting just hits the right toilet.
The worst part of the game is the final boss fight not really because it's bad but because it takes around 20 minutes of pumping bullets into it and there's no checkpoint so I hope you will survive those 20 minutes.
I enjoy the quirky Japanese games that are maybe not that good, but I enjoy this as much as I could and it was a lot and I hope you too have a little spot in your heart for quirky Japanese games.
I rented this game with my brother and my friend and we took turns enduring it's frustrating gameplay. The concepts in the game are actually rather interesting and the art was decent. I just wish there were more than about 5 kinds of enemies the whole game. Literally more than 90% of the combat was with the same type of enemy behaving in the same exact way.
The best part of playing this game is the stories you get to tell later of some of the worst games you've played
