As something of a year round Grinch myself, I enjoyed this game immensely, and its simple but entertaining action will satisfy both the younger player as well as more learned men (and women) of the world like you or I.
While certainly not a spectacular, original work of gaming art, The Grinch is a solidly done 3D platformer that effectively makes fun use of a well-known license.
If there was a little more direction in the missions, and the graphics were a little smoother, and the levels had some consistency in the level of difficulty, it may have been decent. As it stands right now, the game is painfully average.
Repeat this to yourself over and over if you find yourself tempted to purchase this title: "I will not buy this game today, I will not buy it any day. I will not buy it in a store, I will not play it on the floor..."
