  1. Even if you aren’t a fan of Cartoon Network in particular, you should still get the same sense of enjoyment out of this game as any cartoon fanatic would.
  2. 75
With simple controls and familiar characters, Cartoon Network Racing provides the juvenile set with a racing experience that is easily accessible and entertaining, featuring a host of rewards that make the overall game session that much more worthwhile.
  3. The gameplay is identical to Mario Kart for the DS but it still doesn’t have as much polish as the original has.
  4. Cartoon Network Racing does a lot of things really well, just not the gameplay. It’s packed with extras, decent graphics and the personality of all the CN shows, but it doesn’t play as smoothly or comfortably as Mario Kart DS.
  5. Those who spend countless hours in front of the TV, monitoring the daily misadventures of Dexter and the Powerpuff Girls will certainly find something to appreciate in this game, but for everyone else, it’s probably best to stick with Mario and friends.
  6. 58
It frustrates with its difficult track designs and use of shortcuts, and the array of available racers seems drawn from the talent pool of 2001.

Possibly the most cynical and tawdry ripoff of "Mario Kart" we've ever seen....A horrible kart game, with pathetic handling, idiotic AI, and no racing tension at all. [Feb 2007, p.83]
