Any negative you could level against it just gets lost once you're fully addicted to scorching space trash out of the cosmos. I'm blasting off to go play more of it myself right now.
Flametail succeeds in taking the very simple gameplay idea of Maboshi's Square puzzler and turning it into a very enjoyable stand-alone package.
If you've got the stomach for repetition, this is well worth a look, but otherwise approach with caution.
