Take control of Kokopolo, the hyperactive wildcat, in a crazy, fast and frantic, action-packed caper set across 80 stages of pure arcade mayhem. Hunt down those responsible for disturbing your afternoon slumber, with a quick slash from your sharp claws, and lure them into an epic chase, through mind-twisting mazes, and across hazard filled highways…finally leading them to their doom, in the bellies of the ever-hungry, carnivorous Snap Snap plants! It's a joy to see DSiWare still bringing out fresh concepts and creative new characters like this several months after the 3DS was released.

It gets repetitive, but there's lots to like and plenty of content in here. [Nov 2011, p.95]

The extrapolated difficulty of Go! Go! Kokopolo can either be a problem for some and charming for others. The polishing of the game at Nintendo level, however, is beneficial for everyone.

With a slightly gentler ascent, Go! Go! Kokopolo could have charmed us into submission. Instead, this chaotic, vibrant and original idea quickly descends into a battle of wills that only the most determined aggrophile will want to see through.

A novel update on a classic game, although it's not quite a classic by itself. [Oct 2011, p.77]

I guess I'll be first to let it be known: Go! Go! Kokopolo!! is an incredible game that every DSi user should pick up. The action is compelling, and new additions throughout the game keep it from getting too repetitive. There is a lot of content for a DSi game here, and it's only 8 bucks a pop. Another note: This game is made by one of the guys who worked on Crash Twinsanity as the artist. The energy of the creator's art style shines through in the animations and gameplay. A few bits are rough around the edges, and you might run into a bug or two (very minor ones) through your gameplay. But there are tons of levels and 3 endings (normal, hard, and secret) so this game will keep you busy for a while. The music is upbeat and catchy as well. This game is as indie as it gets: 1 artist/designer/animator, 2 programmers, and a musical composer. There is no reason not to pick up this one: The difficulty is spot-on, and the challenge is perfect and adds to the appeal of the game. Expand
